| Beauveria is an important class of entomopathogenic fungi,which has a good control effect on many agricultural and forestry pests and is a widely used biocontrol factor.In this thesis,the biological characteristics,pathogenicity and stress resistance of 10 Beauveria strains were studied.Based on the results,the biocontrol potential of Beauveria was comprehensively evaluated,which provided theoretical and experimental basis for the mass production and field application of the strains.It also provides new strains for the application of Beauveria in pest control and enriches the resource base of Beauveria.Ten strains of Beauveria were used in the experiment,among which strains B01,B02,B03,B04 and B05 were kept in the laboratory.Strains B06,B07,B08,B09 and B10 were isolated from bombys batryticatu.The main results of this study are as follows:1、 Identification of strain.Morphological and molecular identification were carried out on the newly collected strain B06-B10,and the five strains were confirmed to be Beauveria bassiana.2、 Biological characteristics of 10 strains of Beauveria.According to the three biological indexes of colony growth rate,sporulation yield and germination rate of different strains,it was concluded that the strain with the most excellent biological characteristics was B07.3、The pathogenicity of 10 strains of Beauveria.By comparing the calibration mortality rate,the bombys batryticatu rate and the LT50,the pathogenicity of Holotrichia oblita,Anomaly corpulenta and Arhopalus rusticus were determined.The results showed that the strains with strong pathogenicity to Holotrichia oblita larva were B04,B05 and B07.The strains with strong pathogenicity to Anomaly corpulenta larva were B05,B07,B04 and B06.The strains with strong pathogenicity to Arhopalus rusticus larva were B04 and B07.Comprehensive evaluation showed that strains B04 and B07 had the strongest pathogenicity.4、 Study on stress resistance of 10 strains of Beauveria.The results of determination of drought resistance showed that: the drought resistance of strain B09 was the best.The results of determination of ultraviolet resistance: the results of spore mortality and colony diameter growth after ultraviolet irradiation showed that strain B09 had the strongest resistance to uv resistance.The results of determination of high temperature resistance: the results of spore mortality and colony diameter growth after high temperature treatment showed that strain B02,B05 had the strongest resistance to high temperature.The results of determination of low temperature resistance showed that: after low temperature treatment at 15 ℃,the low temperature resistance of strain B03 was the strongest.5 、 The biocontrol potential of different strains of Beauveria was comprehensively evaluated,and strain B07 had the most biocontrol application potential. |
