| With the development of large-scale and intensive broiler breeding industry,problems such as excessive density of broiler breeding and poor feeding environment have also emerged,which has increased the incidence of respiratory diseases such as Newcastle disease,avian influenza and infectious laryngotracheitis.Broilers will have abnormal sounds such as cough and grunt when they have respiratory diseases.At present,the detection of respiratory diseases in broilers relies on artificially listening to the sounds in the chicken house at night to judge.This method not only faces a problem of time-consuming and labor-intensive,but also has a low degree of real-time and strong subjectivity.Due to the negligence of the breeder,it is easy to cause the failure to detect and deal with the sick chicken in time.Therefore,realtime effective monitoring of abnormal sounds of broiler respiratory tracts has practical application value for early detection of broiler disease conditions,monitoring of broiler health status and improving broiler culture productivity.Based on the actual production needs of Broilers and taking white feather broilers as the research object,this paper designs a set of monitoring system for abnormal respiratory tract sounds of broilers with sound recognition technology as the core,in order to realize the collection of broiler sounds in the chicken house and real-time monitoring of abnormal respiratory tract sounds of broilers,and to provide the judgment basis for early detection of respiratory diseases of broilers.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Design of real-time acquisition system for abnormal sound of broiler respiratory tract.Using CC3200 embedded microcontroller,a real-time acquisition system based on WiFi for broiler respiratory tract abnormal sound is built.The system uses CC3200 as the main control chip,and TLV320AIC3254 is the audio codec,which uses the UDP network transport layer protocol to transmit the collected digital audio signals to the PC or server to achieve real-time,stable and fully automatic acquisition of broiler sounds.It provides an effective and reliable source of data for subsequent broiler respiratory tract abnormal sound monitoring systems.(2)Study on detection method of abnormal sound for broiler respiratory tract.The audio data collected by the experiment are labeled and classified artificially after preprocessing,which can be divided into three categories:cough,grunt and disturbance sound which including broiler calls and environmental noise.After analyzing the timedomain and frequency-domain characteristics of abnormal respiratory tract sounds and the main disturbance sounds,the feasible methods of sound signal preprocessing and sound feature extraction were studied.For feature defect,wavelet transform and feature weighting are used to optimize the feature from two different perspectives:extracting method and eliminating redundant information.The principle and advantages of HMM model were studied in depth,and the abnormal sound recognition model of broiler respiratory tract was established.By comparing the model recognition rate before and after feature optimization,it is found that the two optimization methods can effectively improve the model recognition rate.Compared with the optimal recognition rate when the model is not optimized,the comprehensive recognition rate increases by 4.6%and 2.5%,respectively.Then the two optimization methods are fused to carry out feature optimization experiments.The results show that the comprehensive recognition rate of the model is 93.8%,which is 11.2%higher than that without optimization,and the optimization effect is the best.(3)Design of abnormal sound monitoring software system for broiler respiratory tract.The database design is based on MySQL according to the system requirements.The middleware is developed by python language to connect system software and hardware,receive and process the audio data sent by the sound collection system,and store the processing result.The SSM framework is used to develop the Web client to interact with the breeders as the carrier of data display,so that the breeders can timely and effectively know the abnormal respiratory tract sound of broilers through the system,and make timely responses to improve the productivity of broiler farming. |
