The mechanized aquaculture platform represented by "Fubao No.1" is a brandnew aquaculture method. The sea conditions of the aquaculture area, the structure of the platform and the structure of the aquaculture cage are very different from the traditional offshore raft frame aquaculture. In this study, the effects of density, bait and aquaculture water layer on the growth of abalone and the nutritional composition of abalone muscle tissue were analyzed to explore the effects of the two aquaculture methods on the nutritional composition of abalone. In addition, the cost analysis and emergy theory were combined to evaluate whether this aquaculture mode has application and promotion value and its impact on the Marine ecological environment. The main research results are as follows:1.Effects of density, water layer and bait on the growtth and survival of abalone:The results showed that the survival rate, the specific growth rate of shell length and the specific growth rate of body weight of DD and DF of small, medium and large sizes were gradually decreased with the increase of culture density and culture time.In terms of fatness, with the increase of density, the fatness gradually decreases, but with the increase of time, the fatness gradually increases, and it is confirmed that the optimal breeding density is the cage coverage area controlled at 20%-30%.The culture experiments in different water layers showed that the water depth involved in this experiment had no significant effect on the growth and survival of the three different sizes of abalone. The results showed that the diet had no significant effect on the survival rate of abalone, but had significant effect on the growth rate of abalone. After the experiment period, the specific increase rate of shell length, body weight and fatness of Abalone discus after feeding kelp were significantly higher than those of compound diet and asparagus. The specific rate of increase of shell length and fatness of abalone vermicelli after feeding compound diet were significantly higher than those in kelp and asparagus groups.2.Effects of different culture methods on the nutritional composition and texture characteristics of abalone foot muscle3.Economic evaluation and sustainability evaluation of offshore weather-resistant mechanized abalone culture platformThrough the calculation and comparison of the cost input and output value in the whole breeding cycle of the two breeding modes,we found that the mechanized breeding mode represented by "Fubao No.1" is a high-input breeding mode with less advantage of labor cost expenditure. The unit area output value is 2 times of the shallow sea raft frame, the labor cost is 0.77 times, and the net profit is 1.4 times. The emergy theory is used to analyze the sustainability of the two farming methods. The results show that both farming methods belong to the consumption system, that is,they both need to invest resources purchased from outside to maintain the growth of organisms. The traditional raft farming method can make more use of the natural and renewable energy of the ocean lateral space.Mechanized aquaculture represented by"Fubao"platform can greatly reduce the pressure and burden on the offshore Marine ecological environment because it can make more use of the longitudinal space of the ocean and expand the range of aquaculture, which is more conducive to the sustainable development of the offshore Marine ecosystem.
