Since the establishment of Zhongshan hot spring golf club invested by Huo yingdong in 1984,the growth of Chinese golf has experienced more than 30 years,and golf has developed to a certain extent.Accordingly,the number of golf courses and the population of golfers have increased.The main green,fairway,tee,long grass area and front area of the golf course are composed of five parts,each of which has its unique function and function,among which the maintenance level of the green represents the highest level of the lawn maintenance of the golf course.Southern golf course currently include the use of warm type grass is given priority to with cynodon dactylon and Seashore paspalum,Bermuda grass,but the positioning of the course is also different in the selection of grass species,In the actual conservation work according to the ecological characteristics of the two species of grass to make a targeted conservation plan.First we did a experiment to test the speed of the green with these two kind of grass at the same height.The results show that at the same height the green speed of Bermuda grass Green is faster than that of the seashore paspalum green.In order to test the stress resistance of two types of warm season lawns to water stress.Foshan golf club’s Bermuda grass "imperial" series turf grass and Qingyuan lion lake club’s Seashore paspalum "platinum" series turf grass were selected as the experimental samples.Using pot water control way down samples under the condition of artificial water control in the free proline and malondialdehyde and the change of leaf water content,longer duration of drought,the relative water content of the two type during grass all showed a downward trend,while the content of free amino acid and malondialdehyde rise since the plant adversity stress.The content of free fluorine in Bermuda grass leaves is higher than that in Seashore paspalum leaves,which indicates that Bermuda grass can produce more free fluorine to resist the external water shortage.The content of malondialdehyde in Seashore paspalum leaves was higher than that in Bermuda grass leaves,indicating that Bermuda grass suffered less drought stress.The comprehensive analysis showed that the drought resistance of Bermuda grass was better than that of Seashore paspalum.According to the comprehensive analysis,the leaf shape of dog root is relatively fine,and its drought resistance and trash-resistance are both better than seashore paspalum,while seashore paspalum is superior to dog root in shade tolerance and color.Besides,seashore paspalum has low requirements on water and fertilizer.In this paper,the leaf shape,leaf color,trampling resistance,shade resistance,green speed and cold resistance of the two kinds of grass were compared.Therefore,in terms of grass species selection,if the pitch positioning is relatively high and there is sufficient capacity to maintain a relatively high maintenance intensity and input,I suggest to choose dog root.Use seashore paspalum as a grass seed if the pitch input is limited and the number of players is small.To sum up,the choice of golf lawn grass is only a premise,excellent maintenance is the decisive factor of lawn quality,combined with the actual situation of prevention in advance is the basic quality of a qualified lawn maintenance workers.Therefore,scientific and reasonable medication,timely and correct hydration and reasonable lawn operations need a reasonable judgment mechanism.
