Asian Citrus Psyllid Kuwayama belongs to Hemiptera.It is the main vector insect that spreads the Candidatus Liberibaeter asiatieu and the Candidatus Liberibaeter amerieanus of HBL.Its host is Rutaceae.The mating behavior of insects plays a decisive role in population diffusion.Insect volatiles and body surface compounds contain substances that affect insect behavior,which can make insects sense mates or populations at a relatively long distance,so as to find suitable mates or populations.In this paper,we analyzed the surface compounds and sexually mature volatiles of female Psylla,and the effects of volatiles and compounds on the behavior of Psylla,and further determined the bioactivity of the common compounds of volatiles and surface compounds as well as the specific component compounds of volatiles and surface compounds to Psylla under laboratory conditions The active compounds can be screened out from the volatiles and surface compounds of adults,which can attract or avoid Psylla citri,and provide a new way for the comprehensive control of Psylla citri.The main results of this paper are as follows:1.Y-Olfactometer was used to study the taxis between male and female of different age citrus Psylla.The results showed that the female of Psylla had attraction to the male,while the female had no attraction to the male.1-2-day-old females did not have the ability to attract males.After 3 days of age,the attraction to males increased with the increase of age.2.The age of mating and the peak period of mating within 24 hours were measured by cage experiment.The results showed that the number of copulatory Psylla increased with the increase of age.There are two mating peaks in 24 hours: 9 a.m.and 15 p.m.the results show that the period from 7 a.m.to 9 a.m.belongs to the rising stage of mating,from 9 a.m.to 11 a.m.is the declining stage,from 12 a.m.to 15 a.It began to decline after 15 o’clock,stopped mating at 22 o’clock,and did not mate at 22 o’clock to 4 o’clock,6 o’clock to 7o’clock.3.The electroantennogram responses of males to female volatiles,body surface compounds,d-limonene,4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentanone and dodecane were measured.The results showed that the response value of 1-day-old male to female was 0.00733mv;2-day-old male to female was 0.024667mv;3-day-old male to female was 0.179667mv;4-day-old male to female was 1.123 mv.The reaction value increased with the increase of age.The results showed that the reaction value of male citrus Psylla to Cinenewas 0.6333 mv,that of D-Limonenewas 0.61 mv,that of Limonene was 0.75 mv,and that of Hexadecane was 0.3567 mv.The reaction value of 4-Hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentanone is0.5533.The reaction value of Oleamide is 0.14 mv.The reaction value of Erucylamide is0.2367 MV.At the same concentration,the reaction value of dodecane was the highest.4.GC-MS was used to analyze the surface compounds and volatiles of Psylla citri.The results showed that the surface compounds of Psylla citri contained alkene and benzene.A cyclooctene of alkenes;five ethylbenzene,styrene,benzocyclobutene,trans-1,2-diphenylcyclobutane,2,2 ’-methylene bis-(4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol of benzene.There are alkenes,amides,phenols and siloxanes in the surface compounds of female citrus Psylla.Among them,there are 11 kinds of volatile chemicals,two kinds of d-terpene dienes and dipentenes of alkenes;two kinds of erucic acid amides,(z)-9-octadecaenoic acid amides of amides,one kind of(4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol of phenols),ten methyl cyclopentasiloxane,octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and dodecylcyclohexasiloxane of siloxanes.It also contains diethyl dimethyl lead,4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentanone,styrene and 1,1-iminodianthraquinone.There are four kinds of dodecane,cetane,icone and 27 ane in the surface compounds of p-female citrus Psylla,one kind of 1,2-dimethyl-solane in the non-linear alkane,two kinds of d-terpene diene and dipentene in the alkene,one kind of ethyl hexyl acetate in the lipid,including p-xylene,2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol,chlorooctadecane and octamethylsilicone oil.5.D-Limonene,4-Hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentanone and Dodecane were determined by trapping method.The results showed that all of the three substances had attractive effect on Psylla citri,and the attractive rate of 4-Hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentanone(60.00%)>Limonene(58.33%)> Bodecane(55.00%),4-Hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentanone was the best.The results can provide a basis for the selection of attractants for Psylla.
