Campylobacter jejuni is a more common nature of zoonotic pathogens.It can lead to severe digestive tract infections disease after human infected.Chicken is the main host of Campylobacter jejuni,the study of Campylobacter jejuni from chicken and drug resistance,as well as the analysis of different regions,different sources of Campylobacter jejuni,were of great significance to the effective prevention and control jejunum campylobacter infections.A total of 1625 feces samples and 60 carcasses samples were collected from farm and slaughter of Guangdong.By selecting the culture,biochemical identification,gram staining and multiple PCR identification,there were 208 strains and 36 strains jejunum campylobacter respectively from the chicken manure and chicken,And separating positive rate were 12.8% and 60% respectively.The study shows that chicken and poultry products of jejunum campylobacter has higher infection rates in Guangdong.Through the isolate strains of 15 kinds of virulence genes tested,the carry rate of virulence genes related to adhesion,engraftment,invasion and protein secretion achieves above 85%.The result Suggested that Campylobacter jejuni has certain potential pathogenic in GuangdongIn order to explore the drug tolerance of campylobacter jejuni from Guangdong,the research detected the minimum bacteriostasis concentration of Campylobacter jejuni of 8kinds of antibiotics with agar dilution method,including aminoglycoside(gentamycin GEN),tetracyclines(tetracycline TET),chloramphenicol(fluorine benzene ni FFN),lincosamides(clindamycin CLI),quinolone(NAL,nalidixic acid ciprofloxacin CIP)and macrocyclic(erythromycin,azithromycin AZI ERY).The results show that the drug tolerance of quinolones is above 90% and the isolates strains are more sensitive to macrocyclic,aminoglycoside and lincosamides.The resistant rates of NAL and CIP were 100% from Slaughterhouse isolates,but were 0 for AZI and ERY.Meanwhile,with the abuse of antibiotics,the multiple drug-resistant strains of campylobacter were more and more,then there were mainly 3R and 4R with rates of 34.48% and 27.59% respectively.And there were 12 types of drug resistance.According to the similarity of 80%,the study collected five gene cluster and 14 single genotype which is not in the gene cluster among 44 strains,using PFGE.The genetic background of epidemic strains from chicken farm and slaughterhouse is fairly complicated with the overall genotype and no obvious advantage clone strain group in Guangdong.Nevertheless,there was the risk of transmission to each other between campylobacter jejuni with overlapping clustering of individual strains.Meanwhile,there were no relevance among drug-resistant strains from different regions and genetic with data comparison between drug-resistant spectrum and PFGE.
