As a representative crustacean,Scylla Paramamosain relies on the innate immune system.Due to the absence of adaptive immune system, the influence of the neuroendocrine system on the immune system becomes more important. There is a close relationship between the neuroendocrine system and immune system. In response to environmental stress and pathogen stress, especially acute stress, the influence of neuroendocrine system on immune system is particularly important. It is confirmed that corticosteroid-releasing hormone is one of the most important neuropeptides produced by neuro-endocrine immune regulatory network. It plays an important role in the vital movement and innate immune system. In this study,CRH was injected into the crab haemolymph, the intracellular signaling pathways and immune system indicator after CRH injection was investigated by i TRAQ analysis, major immune signaling pathways were significantly altered, immune function was also significantly enhanced. The detection of hemolymph showed that the content of neuroendocrine factors, the content of important nodes of immune signaling pathway and immune indicator were significantly increased. The concentration of ACTH and catecholamine increased significantly within 24 h after CRH injection.During this period, the concentrations of various immune-related second messengers and their effectors changed significantly. The number of cells increased greatly, the phagocytosis activity and agglutination activity increased significantly, and the pro PO system also changed significantly. In conclusion,we believe that CRH plays an important role in the neuroendocrine immune system of Scylla Paramamosain.CRH transmits cellular signals through neurohormones, and affects the downstream immune signal pathways through second messengers/effectors such as camp PKA and PKC/CAM.Specific signal pathways such as MAPK pathway and Rap1 pathway regulate phagocytosis and agglutination after receiving the second messengers immune function, which forms a complete network, becomes an effective way to regulate the immune system.
