| In this study,for the first time,a variety of seaweeds and their polysaccharide extracts were added as feed additives into the feed as a drug mixed feed to feed Procambarus clarkii.This article is based on previous studies to determine how and how much to add to the diet feeding seaweed and its extracts to Procambarus clarkii has a better effect on its growth and non-specific immune function.It provides a theoretical basis for improving the non-specific immune function and anti-white spot syndrome virus(WSSV)of Procambarus clarkii in industrial cultivation of Procambarus clarkii.conclusion as below:(1)Mixing 5% Sargassum fusiforme dry algae powder in the basic feed can effectively promote the growth of Procambarus clarkii and improve its non-specific immune function in a short time(7 days),and it has been found in the experimental process of anti-WSSV among them,Sargassum fusiforme as a feed additive can delay the death of Procambarus clarkii fed with feed.(2)Add 5% Sargassum fusiforme dry algae powder,add 5% or 10% enteromorpha dry algae powder,add 5% laver dry algae powder,add 5% copper algae dry algae powder,and add 50g/kg Sargassum fusiforme to the feed.Roosting vegetables,Enteromorpha,Copper algae dry algae powder or 100g/kg Enteromorpha dry algae powder can significantly enhance the activity of its lysozyme LZM,which can destroy and remove the foreign matter invaded into the shrimp body,thereby protecting the organism from the impact of foreign matter.And it was found that the seaweed dry algae powder additive feed has different degrees of degradation effects on nitrite nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,and total nitrogen,and can effectively improve the breeding efficiency of Procambarus clarkii.(3)Mixing 2g/kg Sargassum fusiforme polysaccharides,enteromorpha polysaccharides and copper algae polysaccharides in the feed can delay the death and even survival of Procambarus clarkii to varying degrees after being infected by WSSV,which may be related to the three kinds of seaweed polysaccharides.The content of sulfate molecules is positively correlated,and the specific mechanism of action needs to be further studied and proven.The Sargassum fusiforme polysaccharide supplementation group and the copper algae polysaccharide supplementation group showed significant advantages in anti-WSSV infection,which may be related to the sulfated polysaccharide,which indicates that it plays a key role in the humoral immunity of Procambarus clarkii.The above results all prove that the seaweed and its polysaccharide extract play a key role in the growth of Procambarus clarkii,non-specific immune function,anti-WSSV,and purification of aquaculture water quality.In this study,for the first time,the daily bait of Procambarus clarkii was managed by different feeding methods of Sargassum fusiforme,and the appropriate mixture concentration of seaweed dry algae powder and seaweed polysaccharide extract were selected.From the perspective of improving the non-specific immunity of Procambarus clarkii to prevent and control WSSV and combine the situation of pond culture to draw reliable conclusions.It provides a theoretical basis for seaweed and its polysaccharide extracts to improve the non-specific immune function and anti-White spot syndrome virus(WSSV)of Procambarus clarkii in industrial farming. |
