Effects Of Medical Stone On Growth And Quality Of Lettuce

With the continuous development of society,people’s living standards are constantly improve,with the green and high quality of Lactuca sativa L.and demand more and more,but most of the producers in order to improve the yield of Lactuca sativa L.is excessive use of fertilizers and pesticides,the quality of the product was seriously deteriorated,which produce the potential harm to the health of consumer.In order to solve this problem,this experiment took ‘Italian’ Lactuca sativa L.seeds and medical stone powder as experimental materials to study the influence of soaking treatment with five concentrations of medical stone extract on the germination of Lactuca sativa L.seeds,spraying treatment with six concentrations of medical stone extract,root treatment and substrate adding five proportions of medical stone on the growth and quality of Lactuca sativa L..The germination test was carried out in an incubator,and the other tests were carried out in a solar greenhouse.Spraying and root application were all treated after the Lactuca sativa L.was transplanted and seedlings were slow,and the treatment was done once every 3 days,for a total of 7 times.Substrate addition test was performed by conventional water and fertilizer management.By observing the germination of Lactuca sativa L.seeds and measuring the growth index,photosynthetic index,mineral element content and quality index of Lactuca sativa L.,the concentration of medical stone extract suitable for the germination of Lactuca sativa L.seeds and the growth and development of Lactuca sativa L.and the appropriate matrix ratio were selected to provide a reference basis for cultivating high-quality Lactuca sativa L..The test results show that:1.Five concentrations of medical stone extracts(the dilution ratio of the original solution is 0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,0.10)soaking treatment can promote the germination of Lactuca sativa L.seeds,and in the dilution ratio of 0.06 medical stone extraction treatment,the germination effect of Lactuca sativa L.seeds is the best.2.The spray treatment of six concentrations of medical stone extract(dilution ratio of original solution is 5,10,15,20,25,30)has different effects on the growth and quality of Lactuca sativa L.,which are shown as follows: all treatments can promote the growth and development of Lactuca sativa L.,and then increase the weight of Lactuca sativa L.per plant,and the yield of Lactuca sativa L.per plant is the highest when the dilution ratio is 20,which is 85.26% higher than that of the control.The contents of mineral elements(N,P,K)and antioxidant substances(total phenol,total flavonoid)in Lactuca sativa L.were increased by all treatments,and the contents reached the maximum when the dilution ratio was 20 and 15,respectively.all treatments increased the chlorophyll content of Lactuca sativa L.and the photosynthetic effect of Lactuca sativa L.,and the cooperative treatment was the best when the dilution ratio was 20.Spraying the appropriate concentration of medical stone extract could promote the improvement of nutritional quality of Lactuca sativa L.,and the comprehensive quality was the best when the dilution ratio was 20.The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,vitamin C and reducing sugar increased by 96.03%,17.45%,66.29% and 18.50%,respectively,compared with the control,and the cellulose content was more than twice that of the control.Comprehensive comparison: medical stone extract spray suitable concentration is diluted 20 times of medical stone extract.3.Six concentrations of medical stone extraction solution(dilution ratio of original solution is 5,10,15,20,25,30)root application treatment can affect the growth and quality of Lactuca sativa L.,the specific performance is: all treatments promoted the growth and development of Lactuca sativa L.,and then increased the weight of Lactuca sativa L.per plant,and the growth state of Lactuca sativa L.was the best when the dilution ratio was 15,and the yield per plant was the highest,which was increased by74.71% compared with the control.All treatments had significant effects on the content of mineral elements(N,P,K)and antioxidant substances(total phenol,total flavonoid)of Lactuca sativa L.,and the contents reached the maximum when the dilution ratio was 15 and 20,respectively.All treatments increased the chlorophyll content of Lactuca sativa L.and the photosynthetic effect of Lactuca sativa L.,and the cooperative treatment was the best when the dilution ratio was 15.The root application of proper concentration of medical stone extract could improve the quality of Lactuca sativa L.,and the comprehensive quality was the best when the dilution ratio was 15.The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,vitamin C and reducing sugar were increased by 32.06%,50.21%,51.42% and 57.99%,respectively,and the cellulose content was more than twice that of the control.Comprehensive comparison:medical stone extract root application of the appropriate concentration of dilution of 15 times of medical stone extract.4.The addition of five different ratios of medical stone to the substrate(substrate: medical stone =1:1,3:1,5:1,7:1,9:1)had different effects on the growth and quality of Lactuca sativa L.,which were shown as follows: all treatments can promote the growth of Lactuca sativa L.,and then increase the weight of Lactuca sativa L.per plant,and the best promotion effect is when the ratio is 5:1,and the yield of Lactuca sativa L.per plant is the highest,which is 85.89% higher than that of the control.All treatments had different effects on the contents of mineral elements(N,P,K)and antioxidant substances(total phenol,total flavonoid)of Lactuca sativa L.,and the contents reached the maximum when the ratio was 5:1.All treatments increased the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic effect of Lactuca sativa L.,and the synergistic effect was the strongest when the ratio was 5:1.The optimum ratio of medical stone to matrix could promote the improvement of nutritional quality of Lactuca sativa L.,and the comprehensive quality was the best when the ratio was 5:1.The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,cellulose,vitamin C and reducing sugar increased by 77.49%,73.34%,39.00%,90.35% and 1.25%,respectively,compared with the control.By comprehensive comparison,it is concluded that the suitable ratio of adding medical stone to matrix is 5:1.In the production and cultivation of Lactuca sativa L.,the seed soaked in 0.06 times diluted medical stone extract can promote the germination of Lactuca sativa L.seeds;spraying diluted medical stone extract of 20 times,root diluted medical stone extract of 15 times,matrix added medical stone ratio of 5:1 can promote the growth and development of Lactuca sativa L.,improve the quality of Lactuca sativa L..
