The eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia is a place with sufficient sunlight,which is suitable for grape growth.The wine industry develops rapidly and is famous all over the world.It is the characteristic and advantageous industry of Ningxia,which makes the grape industry intensive and large-scale.As manual operation takes up most of the time in the grape planting process,operators need to carry out heavy labor,and the work efficiency is reduced,which leads to the increase of grape planting cost and the decrease of economic benefits.In most cases,operators will carry out the spraying method of large-capacity rain spray,which is used to reduce the harm caused by diseases and insect pests,and the application concept is backward.Inaccurate pesticide application strategy had a bad effect on grape quality and could not achieve the pest control.Ningxia is located in the northwest of China,and there are many sandstorms all the year,which leads to serious drift of liquid medicine,poor adhesion rate and low coverage rate during application.And there is still a certain distance between China and developed countries in agricultural machinery.In order to reduce the labor intensity of operators,improve efficiency and application technology,and solve the problem of fog droplets being vulnerable to meteorological conditions resulting in serious drift and low degree of mechanization.Based on the principle of combining agricultural machinery and agronomy,a grape spray-spraying machine is designed to carry out research on the phenomenon of high labor intensity and serious floating loss.The main research work and results are summarized as follows:Firstly,use Solidworks to design the whole spraying machine and other institutions,and select the parts.The static analysis of the frame is carried out by using finite element analysis software Ansys to ensure its reliability.Secondly,the windproof system is composed of curtain and small fans,which plays a blocking role in the crosswind affecting grape spraying,thus reducing the drift of liquid medicine.Then the Fluent software is used to simulate and analyze the spray system,and compared with the experimental results,to verify the rationality of the selection of air supply system.Finally,according to the three-dimensional design,the spraying machine is manufactured,and its static test and field dynamic test.(1)According to the precision of the vineyard eppo agronomic requirements,with the principle of ultrasonic measuring distance,the distance information passed to PLC and PLC by identifying input signals,the telescopic mechanism can adjust the distance of spray system to the tent of grape leaves and lifting mechanism to adjust the height of the spray system to the ground,with no clearance can stop the spray grape plants;The combination of curtain and small fan is used to reduce the drift of liquid medicine and improve the coverage of grapes.(2)The Fluent software is used to simulate the spray system.Modeling and simulation analysis were carried out for sprinkler head,air duct and spray system respectively to obtain cloud images of the system,which can directly guide the implementation of spray application scheme,provide theoretical basis for analyzing field test data,and provide a better reference for the improvement of spray system.According to the cloud diagram,the liquid velocity of the spray system at 300 mm distance from the nozzle is 50%higher than that at 300mm distance from the nozzle directly,and the fan increases the liquid velocity at 300 mm distance from the nozzle by 8%.(3)The distance between center of mass is used as the standard to measure the degree of drift in anti-drift test.The center of mass distance of seven anti-drift schemes was calculated under the conditions of 0m/s,1.5 m/s,1.8m/s and 2.5 m/s crosswind speed.The results show that when the wind speed of crosswind increases from 0m/s to 2.5 m/s,the distance of mass center is used as the standard to measure the degree of drift in the anti-drift test of the mass under the combination of nozzle,fan,curtain and small fan in seven schemes.The center of mass distance of seven anti-drift schemes was calculated under the conditions of 0m/s,1.5m/s,1.8m/s and 2.5m/s crosswind speed.The results show that when the wind speed of crosswind increases from 0m/s to 2.5m/s,the mass center distance of sprinkler head,fan,curtain and small fan is the smallest in the seven schemes,which are 26.13mm,55.46mm,128.16mm and 144.55mm,respectively.That is,the anti-drift effect of liquid drug is the best in the spraying process.The heart distance is the smallest,26.13mm,55.46mm,128.16mm,144.55mm,respectively,that is,the anti-drift effect of liquid medicine is the best in the spraying process.(4)In the field dynamic test,compared with the conventional air-fed grape sprayer,the field comparative test results show that:The working efficiency of the conventional hanging air-delivered grape sprayer and the air-delivered grape sprayer designed in this paper are 22.50 mu/h and 15.68 mu/h,the liquid adhesion rates are 70.00%and 78.30%,the liquid leaf adhesion points are 60.50 and 55.60 grains/cm2,respectively.The number of adherents on the back of liquid leaves was 38.20 grains/cm2 and 47.27 grains/cm2,respectively,which met the industry standard and national standard.The comprehensive performance of the air-fed grape sprayer mentioned in this paper is better than that of the conventional grape sprayer.
