As a traditional agricultural country,the planting and harvest of grain have always been a major concern of Chinese people,and related technical research has also become a hot spot.Among them,due to most areas of our country crop planting area is not concentrated,especially in hilly,mountain areas,due to the complex terrain,when the grain harvester in walking,turning and normal working process,it is easy to roll,cause casualties and other heavy economic losses,and the harvester due to its weight distribution is very uneven,more prone to rollover in the work.Therefore,according to the load characteristics and working environment of the harvester,the leveling technology related to the operating parameters of the harvester transformer will be studied.This paper first analyzes the working process of the harvester,understands the variables generated by the harvester and the load distribution mechanism of the harvester,and preliminarily analyzes the leveling mechanism and components of the harvester.Then according to the changing mass,center of mass and operating parameters of the harvester,finally determine that the key component changes of the harvester will affect the load of the leveling hydraulic cylinder.Then we established a mathematical model,analyzed the leveling hydraulic cylinder load of the harvester,obtained the matrix relation mathematical model when the harvester load works with the key components,and found that the variables of the mathematical model will be coupled and influence each other.After analyzing the coupling mechanism,the control relationship of the dynamic load mechanism on a single leveling hydraulic cylinder is obtained.And the influence of the road surface excitation on the leveling system is analyzed,and the load of the leveling hydraulic cylinder is studied.According to the requirements of harvester hydraulic leveling,analyzed the existing connected hydraulic leveling loop is greatly affected by the load,designed a new connected synchronous hydraulic leveling loop suitable for harvester,and obtained the relationship between throttle opening and synchronous leveling by AMEsim software.According to the leveling scheme,through the analysis of the control quantity and the leveling basis of the leveling fulcrum,the appropriate leveling control scheme is obtained.Then,the conversion relationship between the inclination Angle of the harvester and the lifting distance of the leveling hydraulic cylinder is calculated.Using pid control algorithm,it analyzes the control mechanism of leveling hydraulic cylinder lifting,and obtains a relatively stable and reliable control method.According to the previous research results,the control system of harvester dynamic load and hydraulic leveling is analyzed,and the corresponding control process and the selection of key sensors and control elements are obtained respectively.According to the control requirements,the plc is selected as the controller,and the relevant control circuit diagram and the corresponding human-computer interaction interface are obtained.
