With the continuous expansion of strawberry planting area in China,continuous cropping obstacle has become an important problem affecting the sustainable development of strawberry industry.It is mainly reflected in the reduction of fertility of facility land,the activity of soil pathogenic microorganisms and pests,the short strawberry plants,the reduced growth potential,the short root system,the low browning activity,and the serious soil borne diseases,which affect the yield and quality of strawberry.In order to improve economic benefits.In China,a large number of chemical fertilizers and pesticides are used in strawberry production to curb this phenomenon.But at the same time,with the strengthening of people’s concept of environmental protection and the improvement of living standards,people’s demand for safe and healthy agricultural products and green,organic and sustainable agriculture is also higher and higher.In this study,pathogenic bacteria were isolated from plants infected with major soil borne diseases of strawberry,a strain was isolated from the root soil of healthy strawberry.It was used as biocontrol bacteria to prepare bio organic fertilizer.The growth promoting effect of bio organic fertilizer and the control effect of main diseases were evaluated in pot and field respectively.The main research and results are as follows:1.Four kinds of fungi and one bacteria were isolated from strawberry fruit infected with gray mold and plant infected with root rot.After verification by Koch’s law,colony morphological characteristics and molecular identification,G1(isolated from diseased fruit)is Botrytis cinerea causing strawberry gray mold,and R4(isolated from diseased strain)is Fusarium oxysporum.causing strawberry root rot.2.Bacterial strains were isolated from healthy strawberry rhizosphere soil,and the S2strain was identified as Bacillus subtilis and S3 strain as Bacillus cereus by observing the morphological characteristics of the colony and 16s r DNA identification.Plate confrontation test with G1and R4,the results show that S2 and S3 strains have high antagonism,the bacteriostatic rate of S2 to G1 was 70.00%,and the bacteriostatic rate to R4 was 77.27%,the antibacterial rate of S3 to G1 was 41.39%,and the antibacterial rate to R4 was 33.85%.3.Bio-organic fertilizer T3(Bacillus subtilis-chicken manure)was prepared by using S2 and decomposed chicken manure,and bio-organic fertilizer T5(Bacillus cereus-chicken manure)was prepared by using S3 and decomposed chicken manure,and the effective viable bacteria of the two fertilizers were measured.The number was 2.0×10~8cfu/g,the water content was 25%,the p H value was 7,and the total nutrient content was 13.5%.The commercial Trichoderma viride was used as the biocontrol fungus,and the corncob was used as the carrier to prepare the bio-organic fertilizer T8(Trichoderma viride-corncob).was 8,and the total nutrient content was 10.9%.4.Fertilize potted strawberries and treat them as T0(CK)T1(chicken manure)T2(Bacillus subtilis fermentation broth)T3(Bacillus subtilis-chicken manure)T4(Bacillus cereus)T5(Bacillus cereus-chicken manure)T6(corncob)T7(Trichoderma viride spore suspension)T8(Trichoderma viride-corncob).The results showed that T3 had the most significant growth promoting effect,and its plant height,root length,stem diameter,fresh weight and relative chlorophyll content increased significantly by 51.62%,198.03%,27.39%,152.71%and 9.11%respectively.Inoculating potted strawberries with G1(Botrytis cinerea)and R4(Fusarium oxysporum),the results showed that T3 had the best effect on controlling root rot,and the average lesion area decreased by 75.75%.T8 had the best effect on controlling gray mold,and the average spot area decreased by 71.08%.5.Fertilize strawberries in the facility field,CK1 blank control,add CK2(mianlong disinfectant)as chemical fertilizer control,and the other treatments remain unchanged.The results showed that compared with CK1,T3(Bacillus subtilis chicken manure),T4(Bacillus cereus)and T5(Bacillus cereus-chicken manure)had better growth promoting effect,and the crown width of T5 treatment increased significantly by 35.83%;Compared with CK1,the number of leaves treated with T4 increased significantly by 41.04%,At the same time,the effect of T4 and T5 in promoting flowering is also the best.In terms of field disease control,T3,T4,T5 and T8 had better effects on root rot and anthracnose than CK2.In modern agriculture,it is an urgent problem to reduce the application of chemical fertilizers and pesticides and find their supplementary substitutes.The above research results provide a feasible scheme to solve the agrochemical problems in strawberry production,and have certain guiding significance in promoting strawberry plant growth and controlling strawberry diseases. |
