Value Accounting And Application Of Grassland Ecosystem

With the deepening of the construction of ecological civilization,the quantitative management of the value of natural resources ecosystem has become a hot topic in the theoretical and practical circles.However,each region has its own unique natural resources,which also hinders the construction of a unified accounting system for China’s ecosystem.Therefore,ecosystem value accounting should be subdivided into a single category of resources.Grassland is known as "the skin of the earth".China is a large country of grassland resources.Exploring and studying the value and application of grassland ecosystem has theoretical and practical guiding significance for quantifying grassland ecological value management,strengthening ecosystem scientific management and promoting leading cadres to implement the outgoing audit system of ecological and environmental protection.Based on the relevant literature,firstly,this paper defines the connotation and characteristics of grassland ecosystem value.Secondly,based on cices,this paper classifies the grassland ecosystem value and believes that the grassland ecosystem value has three categories: providing products,regulating services and cultural services.On this basis,select the accounting method suitable for grassland ecosystem value,and construct the accounting system of various functional values of ecosystem.Finally,Taking Inner Mongolia grassland as an example,the ecosystem value of grassland in eight league cities of Inner Mongolia in 2015 and 2020 is calculated and further analyzed.The research not only expands the accounting theory of ecosystem value,but also provides theoretical guidance for the government to use GEP to promote grassland environmental governance.
