The reel sprinkler Irrigation is a widely used water-saving irrigation equipment.It has the advantages of strong adaptability,convenient operation,water-saving and laborsaving,etc.It can protect the land and irrigate the soil efficiently.With the continuous expansion of agricultural scale and the rapid development of Internet of Things technology,many drawbacks of traditional reel-type sprinkler irrigation machines have become increasingly prominent,mainly reflected in the small speed regulation range,low accuracy,low automation level,and poor uniformity.Without large-scale and systematic development,the utilization rate of sprinkler irrigation machines is low,manual management and monitoring are required,remote monitoring and remote scheduling cannot be realized,and the pace of agricultural modernization has not been kept up.In order to improve the intelligence level and service quality of the reel type sprinkler,this thesis designs a reel type sprinkler and its monitoring and dispatching system.First,according to the demand analysis of the reel type sprinkler,determine the overall design parameters of the reel type sprinkler and cantilever sprinkler truck,design the water supply system and transmission system and select related components;Demand analysis determines the design parameters,carries out detailed design and mechanical analysis of the main structure,and establishes three-dimensional models respectively.Secondly,use ANSYS Workbench to check and optimize the strength of the reel model,and carry out the strength check and modal analysis of the cantilever frame model;establish a parametric finite element model of the cantilever frame,extract the main design variables through sensitivity analysis,and optimize the size of the cantilever frame.The method realizes the lightweight of the cantilever frame;uses Adams to establish the dynamics model of the cantilever sprinkler vehicle,extracts the model parameters,and studies the kinematic characteristics of the sprinkler vehicle;studies the influence of key parameters on the stability of the sprinkler vehicle,and uses the experimental design method to carry out the roll stability.optimization.Then,carry out a detailed design of the sprinkler monitoring and dispatching system,analyze the system framework,and complete the system hardware design,model selection and software design of each module;The embedded technology collects various parameters of the sprinkler in real time through the sensor module,and relies on the MQTT protocol to upload data to complete the remote monitoring and control of the sprinkler;based on the genetic algorithm,the scheduling and distribution scheme of the sprinkler unit is optimized.Finally,the prototype of the sprinkler irrigation machine and the trial production of the control terminal are completed,and the function of each module of the system is tested on site to verify the reliability of the prototype structure and system function,which meets the design requirements.This thesis has 94 figures,28 tables,and 82 references.
