Research On Temporal And Spatial Regularity Of Forest Fire Occurrence And Prevention And Control Countermeasures In Shandong Province

Forest fires not only caused serious damage to forest resources,but also caused significant economic losses and even casualties.The precise prevention and control of forest fires has been widely valued.Human production activities are an important inducement for the occurrence of forest fires.Shandong Province is densely populated,and the pressure of forest fire prevention and control is very huge.Based on the basic data of forest fires in Shandong Province from 2010 to 2019,this study analyzes the temporal and Spatial Laws of forest fires,designs a questionnaire to carry out the shortcomings of current forest fire prevention and control,and then puts forward the Countermeasures of forest fire prevention and control in Shandong Province,in order to provide a scientific basis for further improving the technical system of forest fire prevention and control in Shandong Province.The results show that:1.The occurrence of forest fires in Shandong Province has obvious temporal and regional concentration.Forest fires mainly occur in March and April every year,accounting for 79.3% of the total number of forest fires.Therefore,early spring is the key period for forest fire prevention and control.Geographically,the occurrence of forest fires in Shandong Province is mainly concentrated in Jiaodong Peninsula and central Shandong,accounting for80.9%.These areas are important areas for forest fire prevention and control.2.Nonstandard human activities(field fire use)are the main causes of forest fires in Shandong Province.Shandong Province has no major forest fires,and most of the forest fires belong to small-scale forest fires.With the strict implementation of policies and systems,the casualties caused by fire have been reduced year by year in the past 10 years,and forest fire prevention has achieved preliminary results.3.Based on the questionnaire and interview,the basic knowledge of forest fire prevention and control is not popularized enough,the strength of forest fire prevention and control personnel is weak,the construction of forest fire prevention and control infrastructure and equipment lags behind,and the technical measures for fire source control are not implemented in place,which are the weaknesses of forest fire prevention and control in Shandong Province at present.Based on the above results,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the forest fire prevention and control work in Shandong Province.First,promote and improve the construction of forest fire prevention and control system in Shandong Province,and build and improve the forest fire prevention organization;Secondly,cultivate professional forest fire prevention and rescue personnel,and mobilize the masses to strengthen joint prevention and control;Third,strengthen the investment in the construction of forest fire prevention and control infrastructure,improve the forest fire prevention and control infrastructure,and use science and technology to strengthen forest fire monitoring;Fourth,improve the monitoring,control and early warning mechanism of forest fire sources,and strengthen the means of forest fire source control.
