Study On Substitution Mechanism And Promotion Strategy Of Crop Organic Fertilizer In Anhui Province

As an important input in agricultural production,excessive application of chemical fertilizer will not only cause soil compaction,destroy soil structure,lead to water eutrophication,but also reduce the immunity of crops,posing a threat to the safety of agricultural products.Based on the problems of agricultural product safety and environmental pollution caused by excessive fertilizer application and low utilization rate of organic fertilizer application in Anhui Province,it is of great significance to study the influence mechanism of farmers’ organic fertilizer substitution.In order to explore the factors affecting farmers’ use of organic fertilizer,this paper selected Hefei,An Qing,Chu Zhou,Ma ’an Shan and County of Anhui province as research areas,and used qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to conduct the following research and analysis on farmers’ replacement of organic fertilizer:Using relevant theories and definition,combined with the domestic and foreign research data,found that organic manure resources in Anhui province,but the utilization level is low,in addition to the affected by their own organic farmers willingness,also with organic fertilizer manufacturer brand,service,low level of industrialization,organic fertilizer production technology advanced enough and other factors.Descriptive statistical analysis was used to explore the replacement of organic fertilizer in different regions,and OLS model was used to analyze the factors influencing the replacement ratio of organic fertilizer.Based on farmers’ cognition of persistence of organic fertilizer efficiency,whether farmers create crop brands,and the proportion of fruit,vegetable and tea planting input in farmers’ planting structure,this paper found that: If farmers to create brand,farmer’s perception of applied organic fertilizer persistence,whether planting vegetables fruit tea,the policy of the government propaganda and so on nine indicators for farmers to use organic fertilizer proportion has significant influence,among them,the negative correlation with organic fertilizer reduction policy alternative,eight other variable alternative were positively correlated with organic fertilizer.Through further research,it is found that in the proportion of farmers’ input to organic fertilizer,government support is of great significance to farmers’ substitution of organic fertilizer.Through the analysis of the organic fertilizer substitution effect mechanism,and puts forward some countermeasures: the government should strengthen the propaganda of organic farmers alternative to guide the work,to foster new type of agricultural management main body,encouraged to support the use of organic fertilizer farmers to create brand of agricultural products,to strengthen agricultural research and development of factors of production facilities and supporting services,encourage farming,implementation of the policy subsidies.Therefore,it encourages farmers to increase the proportion of organic fertilizer application and provides reference and help for Anhui province to further develop the work of replacing chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer.
