Potassium fulhuate is a kind of highly active potassium humic acid fertilizer,which has many functions such as improving soil,regulating plant nutrition,improving plant disease resistance and so on,and at the same time accords with the development concept of ecological agriculture and green agriculture.In this paper,the effects of different nutrient soil formulations,partial replacement of potassium sulfate by potassium fulhuate and different dosage and application methods on the growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco were discussed,which provided theoretical basis and reference for scientific and reasonable application of potassium fulhuate in tobacco production to promote tobacco plant growth and improve tobacco quality.The main results are as follows:1.Effects of different nutrient soil formulations on growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco: According to different raw materials of nutrient soil,six treatments were set:best active organic fertilizer 10 kg,sesame cake fertilizer 10 kg,potassium fulhuate 5kg,mushroom soil 100 kg,volcanic ash 40 kg,and conventional nutrient soil(tobacco fertilizer 5kg).The results showed that all the five nutrient soil formulations could advance the time of tobacco plant entering the clumping and budding stage,and the formula applying potassium fulhuate advanced 5 and 3 days,respectively,compared with the conventional nutrient soil formulations,and maintained strong growth at 25 and 50 days after planting.Its agronomic traits are also due to conventional nutrient soil formulations.In addition,the incidence of TMV in the field was reduced by all the five nutrient soil formulations,and the formula applying potassium fulvic was the best,which reduced 6.02%.Three nutrient soil formulae including best active organic fertilizer,sesame cake fertilizer and mushroom soil aggravated bacterial wilt in field.Quality of production,with the use of fulvic acid potassium formulation is best,the yield and output value and proportion of superior tobacco,average price and appearance quality scores are the highest in six formula and chemical composition is more harmonious.2.The effect of potassium fulhuate partially replacing potassium sulfate on the growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco: Based on the conventional fertilization,the experiment replaced the dosage of potassium fulhuate for every 5 kg of potassium sulfate,and set up 4 treatments according to the different dosage of potassium fulhuate.The results show that the partial replacement of potassium sulfate by potassium fulvic acid had little effect on the growth period of flue-cured tobacco,but can enhance 25 days,50 days after planting of tobacco plant growing,the improvement of tobacco in the field of the agronomic traits.The improvement effect of agronomic traits was best when applied30 kg mu in the early stage of development and 20 kg mu in the middle and late stage of development.Potassium fulhuate partially replacing potassium sulfate can improve the economic characteristics of tobacco leaves,in which the average price and the proportion of superior tobacco increases with the increase of potassium fulhuate dosage,but after calculating the cost,the best economic benefit is 20 kg per mu.The appearance quality of cured tobacco leaf was improved with the increase of potassium fulvic acid.In terms of chemical composition,it is better to apply 30 kg in the middle leaf and 20 kg in the upper leaf.3.Effects of different dosage and application methods of potassium fulhuate on growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco: 8 treatments were set up according to different dosage of potassium fulhuate(5kg,10 kg,15kg,20kg)and application methods(base fertilizer strip application and topdressing application).Results: the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco could be promoted by increasing the amount of potassium fulhuate in both application methods,and the effect of top dressing was better than that of strip dressing on the basis of applying potassium fulhuate at 15kg/ mu.Applying potassium fulhuate at 15kg/ mu and 20kg/ mu could advance the tobacco plant into clumping stage.At 25 and 50 days after planting,the plant maintained strong growth and improved agronomic traits.Increasing the amount of potassium fulvic acid instead of potassium sulfate could improve the economic characters and appearance quality of cured tobacco leaves,and the effect of topdressing was better than that of basal application.It had little effect on chemical composition,and potassium fulvic acid applied at 20kg/ mu was relatively harmonious.
