| Grain storage is one of the most important things to ensure national food security.Although China has built the world’s largest grain Internet of Things,the management of grain storage operations still mainly relies on manual experience to solve various practical problems.And a large amount of IOT information is not working.In this study,a 20 provinces typical granary grain storage data was used to develop a Stored-Grain Data Manual as a basis,granary grain storage operation management expert system was developed.The system has several functions such as grain storage knowledge retrieval,grain situation data manual query,grain temperature abnormal analysis,ventilation operation guidance.This system meets the actual situation of grain storage operation data analysis and management requirements.The main research of this article are as follows:(1)Functional design of the grain storage operation management expert system.Through the analysis of the main content of the Stored-Grain Data Manual and the functional requirements of grain storage work,the expert system was set up three functional modules as auxiliary function module,intelligent query module and grain diagnosis module.The functional models were constitute of sub models such as database connection,login verification,file preservation,data manual query,food knowledge retrieval,data graphics,grain temperature diagnosis analysis,grain temperature prediction,ventilation guidance and others.(2)Grain situation data manual query and grain storage knowledge retrieval function design.In order to improve the efficiency of grain situation mining data summarized in the Stored-Grain Data Manual,the functions of the raw data query,statistical data query and strategy data query were designed and realized by using My SQL database,combining with the improved DFA algorithm.(3)Real-time grain temperature anomaly analysis and ventilation guidance function design.On the basis of establishing the grain temperature analysis and reasoning rule knowledge base,the real-time grain temperature abnormality analysis was realized by using the CLIPS algorithm as the input.The input was used to calculate the grain and air water potential values of grain temperature,grain moisture,temperature and air humidity,and infer the current conditions and image the ventilation suggestions.(4)Development and use of grain storage management expert system software.Qt development platform and modular programming was used to realize the system functions including the login verification function,database connection function,and file storage function,manual data query function,grain storage knowledge retrieval function,grain temperature diagnosis function,grain situation prediction function and ventilation guidance function.This chapter clarifies the implementation methods and principles of various functions,and verifies the accuracy of the system was developed by using the historical grain temperature data of the grain depot. |
