| At present,the effective way to solve the problem of poultry manure pollution is to exploit and utilize it,and solid-liquid separation is the first procedure to realize this link.There are three kinds of solid-liquid separation technologies for livestock and poultry manure,namely centrifugal,sieve and pressure filter.Among them,screw dehydrator is widely used in pressure filtration solid-liquid separation technology.However,with the work needs of various special occasions,The application of traditional spiral dehydrator in livestock and poultry manure treatment is restricted seriously because of its low feeding efficiency and high water content of extruded.Therefore,in view of the existing problems of the traditional spiral extrusion dehydrator,the key components of the screw shaft of the device were optimized,and a kind of cylindrical cone type screw dehydrator with broken teeth was proposed.The main research contents and results are summarized as follows:1.The CFD method is adopted for different helical structure of screw machine is macro analysis flow field,the column are obtained and the flow field of cone type broken teeth screw machine better regularity,transporting efficiency and dehydration effect is better than the other structure scheme,so this article chose the column type cone broken teeth screw machine as the follow-up study.2.The solid-liquid two-phase flow characteristics of cylindrical conical screw extruder were analyzed by CFD-DEM coupling method.By comparing the calculation results of coupling method and CFD method,the flow field distribution of the two methods is basically the same,which further verifies the feasibility and accuracy of using CFD numerical simulation method to simulate solid-liquid two-phase separation.3.The single factor method is adopted to control the important factors affecting the separation performance of equipment,and the CFD numerical simulation method is used to analyze and study the change law of the influence of changing the main parameters on the separation performance of equipment.This research is of guiding significance to the optimization of structural parameters and operating parameters of cylindrical and conical spiral dehydrator.4.By using the principle of central combination design to optimize the test scheme,the research on the optimization of the operation parameters of the spiral extruder with cylindrical and conical broken teeth was carried out.The results show that the significant degree of the influence of various factors on the feeding efficiency and solid removal rate is as follows: feeding speed,discontinuous distance,screw taper,screw speed,screw pitch;After verification,and parameter optimization,the flow field stability and separation performance of the model have been greatly improved.The research of this paper not only provides a theoretical basis for the lar ge-scale and intensive development of livestock and poultry breeding industry,but also lays a solid foundation for solving the problem of rural environmental pollution caused by the large-scale increase of livestock and poultry breeding industry and the sustainable development of rural circular economy. |
