As the development of modern society and the rapid increase of the global population,the demand of water for production and living is increasing,which makes the already scarce fresh water resources even more tense.Agriculture is an industry with a particularly large water demand.The traditional flood irrigation method has various problems.Although sprinkler irrigation technology has many advantages,it also has some shortcomings and insignificances.For example,the range of sprinkler irrigation is usually regular,the shape is fixed,and most of them are circular.Circular sprinkler irrigation has the defects of repeating spray and missing spray,to a certain extent,which leads to waste the resource.In actual production,an area that needs to be irrigated is often not a regular,fixed shape.If the traditional sprinkler irrigation method is still used,it will only cause a waste of water resources and indirectly cause a waste of electricity.So,it can be directly controlled in an open loop.Aiming at the above shortcomings,this subject researches and explores sprinkler irrigation automation and intelligent technology,and designs a precise sprinkler irrigation system in a special-shaped area.The installation position of sprinkler nozzle can be selected arbitrarily without a series of measurements,such as distance sensors and angle sensors.The instrument uses a frequency converter and a stepping motor to adjust the spraying distance and angle to achieve "shaped spray irrigation",thus,to save water and electricity,to reduce manpower.The sprinkler irrigation system includes a main control module,a distance adjustment module,an angle rotation module,a display module,and a storage module.The distance adjustment module mainly includes a frequency converter and an electric submersible pump,and the angle rotation module mainly includes a stepper motor and a subdivision driver.The system divides the special-shaped area into several triangles.The system collects the area information of the special-shaped area through the cooperation of the distance adjustment module and the angle rotation module.Meanwhile,the area information is stored in the storage module.According to the stored area information,the frequency value corresponding to each step of the stepping motor in the triangle is calculated and exported to the inverter.By adjusting the output frequency of converter can control the spray distance.Because of that,achieve accurate edge sprinkler irrigation.The system was simulated and debugged based on MATLAB/Simulink,and the main control module,the distance adjustment module and the angle rotation module were simulated and experimented respectively.The control model of the inverter and the threephase asynchronous motor is built,and the control model of the stepper motor and the subdivision driver is built for the angle rotation module.Using the S function to write a program calculates the frequency value that the stepper motor needs to output to the inverter for each step of the revolution.The two modules are combined through the S function model.The simulation verification proves that the algorithm of the system is correct and can achieve precise sprinkler irrigation in special-shaped areas,which can greatly improve the effect of saving water and energy.The precise sprinkler irrigation system in special-shaped areas not only has broad application prospects,but also has certain economic benefits and important social significance.
