| In this experiment, whole plant rice was used as the test material for silage to study the effects of different levels of silage agents on the nutritional quality of whole plant rice silage, and the effects on fermentation parameters of whole plant rice silage were analyzed by artificial rumen fermentation gas production method. To evaluate the effects of whole rice silage on milk yield, milk quality, feed intake, blood indexes and rumen microorganisms of dairy cows in late lactation, and to provide a scientific basis for rice silage.Experiment 1: Effects of different levels of additives on nutrient quality and in vitro parameters of whole plant rice silage. In this experiment, the nutritional value of whole plant rice silage samples was evaluated after 45 days of storage and artificial in vitro fermentation was conducted, aiming to analyze the effects of different levels of additives on the nutritional quality of whole plant rice silage and evaluate the parameters of in vitro fermentation of whole rice silage. The experiment was divided into control group and five treatment groups. The control group only adds water, and the test group adds 5,10,15,20 g/ton of lactic acid bacteria,5 g/ton of silage,50 kg/ton of molasses, and 2kg/ton of water. The results showed that: Compared with the control group, the supplementation of lactic acid bacteria and molasses significantly increased the content of lactic acid(P<0.01)and sensory quality(P>0.05)of whole plant rice silage, and significantly decreased the p H value(P<0.01),neutral detergent fiber(P>0.05)and acid detergent fiber(P>0.05)of whole plant rice silage. The gas production at3,6,9 and 12 h of fermentation in experimental groups was significantly different from that in control group(P<0.05),and the gas production at 9h of fermentation in experimental groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the VFA concentration in experimental groups was significantly different from that in control group(P<0.05).Experiment 2: Study on the effect of feeding whole plant rice silage to dairy cows in late lactationThis experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of whole-plant rice silage feeding on milk yield, milk quality, feed intake, blood indices and rumen microorganisms of lactating dairy cows.Twenty four Holstein black and white dairy cows with good body condition of 1-3 were randomly selected according to the principle of average lactation amount and similar body weight in lactation days. They were randomly divided into 3groups,with 8 cows in each group,Control group of roughage for whole plant corn silage, whole oat hay and alfalfa hay, test Ⅰ and test Ⅱ group respectively with complete plant rice silage replace whole plant corn silage at 35% and 70% in control group(dry matter basis),and other ingredients keep same. The pre-trial period lasted for 10 d and the formal trial period lasted for 30 d.During the formal trial period, milk yield and feed intake of each cow per day were recorded. On the 10 th and 30 th day of the formal trial period, milk samples were collected and milk quality was determined.Blood of experimental cows was collected before morning feeding on day 30.The results showed that: During the experiment, there was significant difference in feed intake between the experimental groups and the control group(P<0.05),and no significant difference in milk yield between the experimental groups and the control group(P>0.05).On day 30,there was no significant difference in milk composition content between the experimental groups and the control group(P>0.05).platelet hematocrit(platelet hematocrit,PCT)content in the experimental group routine blood extremely significant difference with the control group(P<0.01),the experimental group routine blood platelets(platelets,PLT)in significant difference with control group(P<0.05),the test Ⅰ and Ⅱ group had a significantly lower than Monocytes(Monocytes,MON)content in the routine blood test group and control group(P>0.05),routine blood groups in terms of other indexes were not significant difference(P>0.05).The serum urinary nitrogen blood urea nitrogen(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)content in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Test groupⅠ immunoglobulin A(Ig A),immunoglobulin M(Ig M)is significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);Test group Ⅰ thioredoxin reductase(Trx R)content was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The relative abundance of actinomycetes, spirochetes, proteobacteria and microspores in each experimental group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05),but the genus Verticillium in each experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion, the partial substitution of whole plant corn silage with whole plant rice silage can reduce the serum Trx R content and enhance the immune function of dairy cows.Through economic benefit analysis and data comparison, for the diet of late lactation dairy cows, feeding with plant rice silage by replacing of 35% whole plant corn silage(dry matter basis)in the total mixed diet can lead to cost saving, but raising output and improving quality. |
