As a new type of manufacturing model,all kinds of manufacturing resources and manufacturing capacity are virtualized and optimized by cloud manufacturing.Resource sharing and on-demand service for manufacturing processes are realized.The difficulties of idle resources and diversified demands of manufacturing enterprises have been solved At the same time,the development of low-carbon economy has put forward higher requirements for manufacturing enterprises.With the advantages of cloud manufacturing model,enterprises can realize the efficient utilization of resources and low-carbon development,which has important practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,based on the perspective of low carbon,incentive theory,game theory and other relevant theories,the low-carbon incentive problem of cloud manufacturing platform to resource supply and demand subject has been studied.Specific research content includes:(1)The research framework of low-carbon incentive mechanism of cloud manufacturing platform is analyzed.The related research on cloud manufacturing and low-carbon operation and low-carbon incentives is summarized.On this basis,the structural characteristics and business processes of the cloud manufacturing platform is analyzed,and then the operating characteristics of the cloud manufacturing platform and the profit method of low-carbon operation is studied.The low-carbon trading characteristics and necessity of cloud manufacturing platforms are pointed out at the economic level.The research framework for low-carbon incentives for cloud manufacturing platforms is proposed.laying a foundation for the subsequent study on the two ways that cloud manufacturing platform provides low-carbon incentives to competitive resource providers and low-carbon incentives to resource provider and demanders.(2)The low-carbon incentive strategy of the cloud manufacturing platform for two competing resource providers is studied.Considering that price and demanders’ low-carbon preference jointly affect product demand,a game model between two competing resource providers under the low-carbon incentive of cloud manufacturing platform is established.The optimal pricing and optimal profit of the resource provider when choosing different strategies are analyzed.On this basis,the evolutionary game is used to analyze the long-term stable strategy of the resource provider under the low-carbon incentive of the cloud manufacturing platform.The results show that low-carbon incentives for cloud manufacturing platforms can increase the low-carbon level of resource providers,attract more demanders with low-carbon preferences,and bring more market share to the platform.However,in the long-term decision-making process,the cloud manufacturing platforms need to set reasonable incentive coefficients to avoid resource providers blindly pursuing rewards and causing market chaos.(3)The low-carbon incentive strategy of the cloud manufacturing platform for resource supply and demanders is studied.By introducing the demanders into the incentive system,a three-party evolutionary game model in which the cloud manufacturing platform provides low-carbon incentives to resource providers and resource demanders is established,and the impact of different factors on the strategy choices of each game player is analyzed,the system’s performance in different situations is obtained.The incentive fund allocation mechanism of the cloud manufacturing platform is studied in depth.The results show that the influence path of system evolution under the low-carbon incentive of cloud manufacturing platform is "cloud manufacturing platform—resource demander—resource provider".When setting low-carbon incentive mechanism for cloud manufacturing platform,it can be selected according to the strategy of both resource supply and demand parties.When the cloud manufacturing platform sets a low-carbon incentive mechanism,it can adjust the incentive investment and capital allocation according to the strategic choices and the income situation of the resource provider and demander,so as to achieve the purpose of encouraging resource providers to provide low-carbon products with a lower investment.The research in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the operation and management of cloud manufacturing platforms in the low carbon economic environment,and is of great significance to promote the low carbon and sustainable development of cloud manufacturing platforms and manufacturing enterprises.
