As an important component of terrestrial ecosystems, farmland ecosystems play a very important role in the global carbon cycle.Farmland soil organic carbon is an important indicator for judging its soil quality and soil nutrients.Studying the distribution characteristics of organic carbon content in the surface soil of different crops, studying the effects of environmental factors on soil organic carbon stability, and analyzing the correlation between soil microbial diversity, community structure and organic carbon content can not only promote the study of agricultural carbon sink systems, but also provide theoretical basis for sustainable agricultural development. In this study, the sampling data were statistically analyzed and correlated from the perspectives of planting methods and crop types, and the distribution and correlation of organic carbon and various physical and chemical indicators in the soil were analyzed.Through the univariate linear regression and principal component regression of soil organic carbon content and various physical and chemical indicators, the main drivers and contributions affecting soil organic carbon content were analyzed.Through the determination of microbial community structure and diversity in the soil, the dynamic change of dominant microbial groups in the soil of different crops at the gate level was studied. The correlation between soil organic carbon content, microbial community structure and microbial diversity was analyzed by correlation analysis. The basic conclusions are as follows:(1)The results showed that the mean organic carbon content of different areas and crops in different areas and crops in Different Regions and Different Crops was sorted by Luocheng Town> Jitai Town> Daotian Town> Ancient Town > Hualong Town,Eggplant > Pepper> Cucumber > Kidney Bean> Tomato > Corn.(2)Correlation analysis and univariate linear regression method were used to analyze the physical and chemical properties of farmland soils in Shouguang City and the correlation between them and their organic carbon content. The results showed that the organic carbon content was significantly positively correlated with total nitrogen, total phosphorus, moisture content and porosity, and significantly negatively correlated with bulk density.(3)The comprehensive effects of soil physicochemical indexes on organic carbon content in farmland in Shouguang City were analyzed by principal component regression analysis, and the results showed that the contribution of total phosphorus, total nitrogen and moisture content was 29%,29% and 21%,respectively,and p H was the main negative driving factor with a contribution of 15%.(4)The microbial community structure and diversity in the soil of farmland in Shouguang City were measured by high-throughput sequencing analysis, and the results showed that the dominant strains in the soil were actinomycetes, proteobacteria, pachylos, aeropicus, and acid bacillus, accounting for 87% of the total abundance of strains in the soil for testing 35%;。(5)The correlation between soil organic carbon content and microbial diversity was analyzed by correlation analysis method, and the results showed that the organic carbon content in the soil of Jitai Town was significantly negatively correlated with the bacterial Simpson index and related to bacteria The Shannon index is significantly positively correlated.(6)The correlation between the organic carbon content and the microbial community structure in the soil was analyzed by correlation analysis method, and the results showed that the organic carbon content in the farmland soil of Jitai Town and the acid bacillus phylum were analyzed The phylum Proteus was significantly positively correlated, with correlation coefficients of 0.991 and 0.592,respectively.
