| With the rapid development of agricultural and industrial design fields,product design based on user needs has gradually come to people’s eyes.Tractors,as the most commonly used and common work machinery in agricultural production,have the characteristics of heavy work tasks,long time and special sites during the operation process,and the driver’s demand for the comfort of the cab is increasingly prominent.The survey found that drivers will have some redundant behaviors in the process of getting on,off and driving.Some need to use external force to compensate,and some need the driver to cooperate with the machine itself to change their behavior.Therefore,the driver’s user needs in terms of tractor cab comfort need to be focused on.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the current situation of tractor cab product design at home and abroad,the existing research methods and the problems existing in the current market products are analyzed and summarized.Combined with user behavior analysis theory,TRIZ theory and other auxiliary research methods,the design process of tractor cab shape is drawn to provide systematic ideas for subsequent design schemes.(2)This paper uses the questionnaire method and user interview method to obtain the changing trend of the driver’s physiological and psychological characteristics during operation,and analyzes and sorts out the driver’s demand list according to the results.Through the demand conversion,the cab function list is finally obtained,which provides a basis for the improvement of the cab shape.(3)Aiming at the optimization problem of the cab model,a user behavior analysis experiment is designed.In the experiment,the CamRecord1000 high-speed camera was used to capture the movements and behaviors of the subjects,and to deeply analyze the design pain points of the tractor cab.According to the experimental results,the problems caused by the interaction between the driver and the tractor cab are optimized,and a new design scheme and specific optimization parameters are obtained.(4)Combined with the current data,this paper uses CATIA software to verify the feasibility.After refining the functional requirements of each part,re-plan the cab layout,and build a complete human-machine simulation virtual environment to explore the effect of the optimized cab model.The man-machine simulation analysis results show that the cab optimization schemes are reasonable and feasible,and achieve the expected results.Based on the behavior analysis theory and TRIZ theory,this paper broadens the design ideas and breaks the traditional single research path that only focuses on the machine itself.Comprehensively use the questionnaire survey method,interview method and behavior analysis experiment method to deeply explore the design pain points that can meet the explicit and implicit needs of users in the design of tractor cab.At the same time,this paper applies CATIA to the verification of agricultural machinery equipment modeling design.This software can intuitively analyze the interaction between the driver,cab structure and function,which is of great significance to improve the design efficiency. |
