| China is the largest producer of citrus and has abundant citrus resources. However, most of the varieties on the market are mid-maturing varieties, and there are many problems such as high pressure of market sales and uneven fruit quality. In order to further alleviate a series of prominent problems such as concentrated marketing of citrus and loss of benefits,Lane Late navel orange has been bred in China in recent years, and cultivated and popularized in Yichang,Hubei and other citrus producing areas.Lane Late navel orange is mainly cultivated in producing areas with different rootstocks,so determining the best rootstock combination is conducive to the development of Lane Late navel orange in producing areas. In this experiment,we used Citrus sinensis Osbeck cv.Lane late as the material to explore the effects of approach grafting(originally Lane Late navel orange / Citrus trifoliata, and then red orange was used to replace Citrus trifoliata),Lane Late navel orange / red orange,Lane Late navel orange / Citrus trifoliata,Lane Late navel orange / Robertson navel orange / Red Orange and Lane Late navel orange / Newhall navel orange / Robertson navel orange / Red Orange Grafted with intermediate rootstock on the quality of tree growth and fruit in the middle and later stage, and late period were investigated to screen out the high quality rootstocks suitable for Hubei producing areas. The main results are as follows:1.The growth characteristics of different rootstocks were affected by different rootstocks. It was found that the trees with different rootstocks and different rootstocks had stronger strength and higher yield. The spring and autumn shoots of Lane Late navel orange / Newhall navel orange / Robertson navel orange / red orange produce longer and larger diameter parent shoots of Lane Late navel orange / Robertson navel orange / red orange.2.Different rootstocks affect the appearance and quality of fruit. The measurement of fruit size showed that the fruits next to each other in the base stock were larger and had higher fruit uniformity, while the Lane Late navel orange / red orange were smaller. There was no significant difference in fruit size between the two species with intermediate stocks. There was no difference in peel color among different rootstocks at ripening stage.3.Different rootstocks affected the internal quality of fruit. The content of soluble solids and titratable acids were determined. It was found that the content of soluble solids in Lane Late navel orange / Citrus trifoliata was the highest at maturity, which could reach 14%,and the solid acid ratio was 16.78.Lane Late navel orange / red orange was the lowest, and the content of soluble solids was basically maintained at 13%.Different rootstocks and intermediate rootstocks had little effect on the titratable acid content of fruit, and the content of sucrose in soluble solids of Lane Late navel orange was the highest. In conclusion, among the three kinds of different basal stock grafts,Lane Late navel orange / Citrus trifoliata had the best fruit quality, but low yield and easy fruit cracking. The second is by anvil, high yield and no fruit cracking; The orange is the worst. The soluble solid content of Lane Late navel orange / Newhall navel orange / Robertson navel orange / red orange was slightly higher, the titratable acid content was little different, but the solid acid ratio was basically the same in Lane Late navel orange / Newhall navel orange / Robertson navel orange / red orange grafted with two different intermediate stocks. |
