| In view of soil available microelements deficiency in some tea gardens in Hubei Province and neglecting microelement fertilizers application to tea trees,a field experiment was carried out to study on the responses of tea to microelements fertilizer with 30-year old Fuding Dabaiccha garden in Baokang County,Xiangyang City,Hubei Province.8 treatments were designed, including no fertilizer, fertilizer additives, inorganic NPK fertilizer with microelement, inorganic NPK fertilizer with microelement+fertilizer additives, biogas residue fertilizer, biogas residue fertilizer+microelements and microorganism(named double micro),biogas slurry fertilizer+double micro by pouring, and biogas slurry fertilizer+double micro by spraying. The tea element accumulation, tea yield and quality were analyzed. The main results are as follows:(1)All fertilizer treatments increased significantly the yield of spring and autumn tea.The yield of spring tea increased by 68.0%-154.5%and that of autumn tea increased by 58.7%-80.5%treated with the treatment of inorganic fertilizer. The yield of spring tea increased by 35.0%-80.1%,and that of autumn tea increased by 5.3%17.2%treated with the treatment of organic fertilizer.(2)After applying fertilizers, the content of caffeine in spring tea increased by 1.5%-36.0%,the content of free amino acid in spring tea increased by 17.7%-57.0%,the content of tea polyphenol in spring tea decreased by 2.2%-19.8%,and phenol/amino value of spring tea decreased by 20.7%-49.9%.The content of caffeine in autumn tea increased by 2.6%-41.6%,the content of free amino acids in autumn tea increased by 4.8%-57.3%,the content of tea polyphenols in autumn tea varied between-28.9%16.6%,and phenol/amino value in autumn tea varied between-38.3%-11.1%.After fertilization, the trend of tea quality was:the content of polyphenols in autumn tea, caffeine and free amino acids increased.Polyphenols in spring tea and phenol/amino value decreased.(3)The amount of N,P,K,Mg,Zn and Mo in tea of each fertilizer treatment was significantly increased. The content of P,Cu and Zn in the soil of tea garden is relatively deficient, and the content of corresponding elements of spring tea in each treatment has a trend of decreasing. The content of P,Cu and Zn in spring tea treated with organic fertilizer is significantly decreased. The contents of N,P,K,Mg,Cu,Zn,Mo and Se in tea treated with the inorganic microelement fertilizer treatment were higher than those in the inorganic microelement fertilizer treatment with fertilizer additives. The N,P,K,B and Mo content and amount in tea treated with double micro biogas residue fertilizer treatment were higher than that treated with common biogas residue organic fertilizer treatment. The utilization rate of N,P,B,Mo and Se in tea treated with the double micro biogas liquid fertilizer by spraying treatment was higher than that treated with the double micro biogas liquid fertilizer by spraying treatment. The utilization rate of N,P and K of tea treated with double micro biogas liquid fertilizer was much higher than that treated with other treatments. The utilization rate of Mo and Se of tea treated with double micro biogas liquid fertilizer by spraying was much higher than that treated with other treatments.(4)Inorganic microelement fertilizer treatment had the best effect on increasing yield and improving quality of tea.The effect of double micro biogas residue fertilizer on yield, quality and element accumulation of tea was better than that of biogas residue fertilizer. The effect of double micro biogas liquid fertilizer by spraying on element accumulation of tea was better than that of double micro biogas liquid fertilizer by watering, and the effect of double micro biogas liquid fertilizer by watering on yield and quality of tea was slightly better than that of double micro biogas liquid fertilizer by spraying. |
