| Plastic film mulching technology has advanced the planting date of crops in northwestern my country and improved the regional planting mode,providing technical support for improving crop yields in my country.While increasing crop production and income,the amount of residual film in my country’s farmland is also increasing.Based on this,major universities,research institutes and enterprises in my country have also successively developed various residual film recycling machines to recycle residual film in the field.Combining the chain rake type residual film recovery and straw crushing and returning combined operation machine designed by the research group in the early stage,this thesis studies the loading capacity of the recovered residual film on the basis of this machine,and designs a chain rake type residual film.The residual film compaction device of the recycling machine is mainly composed of two parts: the film blocking mechanism and the film pressing mechanism.In this thesis,the residual film recovered from the cotton fields in autumn and later is used as the test material,and the compaction characteristics of the residual film are analyzed by using the agricultural material compression test bench,and the optimal height of the film pressing plate in the film pressing device is determined according to the test results.Determine the friction coefficient of the residual film,and determine the inclination angle of the synovial plate;determine the design plan of the residual film compaction device,design the specific parameters and key components of the residual film compaction device,and complete the modeling;use the simulation software to carry out the device.Kinematics and dynamics analysis,and finite element analysis of the key components in the device that are subjected to greater force to check the strength;finally,the prototype of the residual film compaction device was trial-produced and installed on the whole machine,and field tests were carried out.It shows that the device can well meet the design requirements of increasing the residual film loading capacity of equipment.The specific research work and conclusions are as follows:1.On the basis of analyzing the development trend of the residual film recycling machine and the theory of material compression,the determines the plan to increase the film carrying capacity of the machine by compacting the residual film in the film collecting box,and design the residual film compaction device.The residual film compaction test was carried out before: firstly,combined with the size of the film collecting box of the whole machine,the simulated film collecting box and the film pressing plate were designed.,analyze the test results and summarize the variation law between the displacement of the lamination plate and the residual film force during the compaction process of the residual film,and determine the optimal lamination plate height by comparing the changes in the force during the compaction process of the lamination plate with different heights.,to provide a basis for the design of the lamination plate in the lamination mechanism of the subsequent residual film compaction device and the strength check of key components.2.Combined with the overall structure and working principle of the combined operation of chain raketype residual film recovery and straw crushing and returning to the field,the design scheme of the residual film compaction device was clarified,and the parameters of the film pressing mechanism and the film blocking mechanism of the residual film compaction device were determined.design.Complete the structural design of key components such as the lamination frame,establish a 3D model and complete the assembly.Simplify the model and import it into the ADAMS software,load the mathematical model obtained from the residual film compaction test into the motion process of the lamination frame,carry out kinematics and dynamics simulation of the residual film compaction device,analyze its motion law,and determine each The maximum force on the hinged parts of the parts;the finite element analysis of the cranks and connecting rods in the film pressing mechanism with greater force is carried out to verify the rationality of the size,structure and material selection of the residual film compaction device.3.In order to explore the working performance of the residual film compaction device and the influence of the device on the amount of film carried by the machine,the parts of the residual film compaction device were processed and manufactured,assembled and installed on the whole machine.During the actual operation in the field Test the performance of the device and compare and analyze whether the residual film compaction device is installed in the two cases of the residual film loading of the device.The residual film compaction device can increase the amount of film carried by the machine to more than 1.3 times the original,which is in line with the design goal.By observing the operation of the machines and tools in the field,the unreasonable design of the device is found,the cause of the problem is analyzed and an improvement plan is formulated to improve the performance of the device.After field tests,the practicability and reliability of the device were verified.This study can provide a design idea for increasing the amount of residual film recovery on-board. |
