The high ground clearance self-propelled sprayer is of great significance to the modernization and intelligent development of my country’s agriculture.The domestically developed sprayers have poor stability and low operating efficiency.Therefore,after fully understanding the plant protection operation characteristics of high-clearance self-propelled sprayers and the design requirements of the suspension system of high-clearance self-propelled sprayers at home and abroad,this thesis proposes a design plan for an air suspension system with an additional air chamber,and establishes a model.,The control method research and simulation analysis,the test bench experiment were carried out.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:Through the literature review and field investigation,the development trends and current main problems of the high-clearance self-propelled sprayer and its suspension system at home and abroad are analyzed.According to the characteristics of the high-clearance self-propelled sprayer plant protection operation The main research content and the technical route are formulated.Aiming at the machine characteristics and operating conditions of the high-clearance self-propelled sprayer,through the main parameters of the high-clearance self-propelled sprayer developed by the project,an air suspension with additional air chamber is designed for the high-clearance self-propelled sprayer.For the suspension system scheme,the main structural components in the suspension system are designed and selected,and the Hyper Mesh software is used to analyze them.Aiming at the designed high ground clearance self-propelled sprayer suspension system,the theoretical analysis is carried out,and the mathematical model of the air spring,additional air chamber and throttle valve hole in the suspension system,and the high ground clearance self-propelled sprayer vibration model are established respectively.and a random road excitation model.Based on the characteristics of plant protection operation of high ground clearance self-propelled sprayer,a fuzzy PID control vibration reduction strategy based on genetic algorithm optimization was designed.Through MATLAB/Simulink software,the performance of the suspension system with vibration reduction control strategy was analyzed.The vibration reduction characteristics of the suspension system under the fuzzy PID control optimized by genetic algorithm and the traditional suspension system under different road surface excitation and different driving speeds respectively.Through the vibration test bench,the designed high ground clearance self-propelled sprayer suspension system is tested on the vibration damping characteristics,and the suspension system under the fuzzy PID control optimized by genetic algorithm and the traditional suspension system are excited on different road surfaces respectively.Vibration damping characteristics at low and different driving speeds.The time-domain simulation and experimental results show that the suspension system under fuzzy PID control optimized by genetic algorithm,the vibration reduction effect is further improved with the increase of road surface grade and driving speed.The suspension system designed in this thesis is suitable for high ground clearance.Walking sprayer plant protection work.
