Allelopathy is a safe and green weeding method.Studies have shown that the metabolites of various allelopathic plants have obvious weed-inhibiting effects.Common allelopathic plants include rice, sorghum and wheat.Rape is an important oil crop, mainly planted in the northeast and northwest regions.Studies have shown that rape is rich in allelochemicals, which have a good inhibitory effect on weeds and pathogenic bacteria. The weed suppression test screened the rapeseed varieties with the best allelopathic effect, and the weeding effect of rapeseed in the oat field was studied through the rape-oat intercropping in the field, the effective method of green weed control in farmland was explored. The main research results were as follows:1.It was found that the order of the comprehensive allelopathic effects of the three Rape Varieties on four weeds was: Siyou 2 > Kangyou 9> Gaoyou 9.2.Different parts of Siyou 2 had inhibitory effects on the germination and growth of four kinds of weeds, but different parts had different allelopathic inhibitory effects on four weeds.Among them, the stem and leaf of Siyou 2 had the strongest inhibitory effect on P.oleracea, and the root had the best inhibitory effect on P.miliaceum.The comprehensive allelopathic effect index of each part on the four weeds was compared. It was found that the leaf of Siyou 2 had the strongest inhibitory effect on the four weeds.3.Through the changes of antioxidant enzyme system activity and MDA content of the four weeds,it can be seen that the MDA content of the four weeds is positively correlated with the concentration of Siyou 2 leaf water extract.Except for 0.025 g/m L extract and the treatment of 0.05 g/m L extract of A.retroflexus,P.oleracea and P.miliaceum, the MDA content does not increase significantly, and there are significant differences in other treatments. In addition, the catalase activity of P.oleracea showed an upward trend as a whole, and the activities of other antioxidant enzymes decreased in varying degrees.4.The results of pot experiment showed that the germination of four weeds was significantly inhibited and positively correlated with the amount of rape powder. At the same time, the allelopathic effect index of different rape powder amounts on P.oleracea is the largest and P.miliaceum is the smallest, indicating that the inhibition effect on P.oleracea is the best and the inhibition effect on P.miliaceum is the worst.5.The lower concentration of Siyou 2 leaf extract can induce the increase of plant antioxidant enzyme activity and proline content and improve plant stress resistance, but the higher concentration of extract influences the growth period of Z.mays and H.annuus.At the same time, increase the content of malondialdehyde to inhibit the germination and growth of Z.mays and H.annuus.Comparing the comprehensive allelopathic effect index of Siyou 2 on three crops, the order is: Z.mays > A.sativa> H.annuus, which shows that Siyou 2 has the greatest inhibitory effect on Z.mays under indoor conditions.6.It is found that the species and number of weeds in the intercropped oat field between Jining Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Inner Mongolia Agricultural University are significantly lower than that in the single oat field, and the inhibition effect on the weed density and fresh weight in the oat field is the best in the seedling stage of oat growth. In addition, the grain number, grain weight and thousand grain weight of oat under intercropping were significantly higher than those of the control.
