In order to explore the difference of seed vitality between different parts of sunflower plate,it provides a basic theoretical basis for selecting high vitality seeds in production.In this study,10 sunflower hybrids were selected as test materials,and each test plate was treated with inner ring,central ring,outer ring and control group(CK),including seed set,hundred weight,shell rate and seed size index,germination and germination,and analysis of seeds in different grain sizes,the following main results are obtained:1.The results of the correlation between seed vigor indicators of 10 sunflower hybrids showed that: There was a very significant positive correlation between field seedling yield and seed set rate,100-grain weight,germination rate,germination index,seed vigor index,seedling length,seedling fresh weight,aging test germination index,ATP content,SOD activity,CAT activity and POD activity;There was a significant negative correlation with shell rate,average germination days and LOX activity;Significant positive correlation with seed size index,root length,seedling dry weight,freezing test germination index and OD value of dehydrogenase;A significant negative correlation with the relative conductivity was observed.It shows that all the indexes selected in this study can be used as a reference index to evaluate seed vitality.2.10 sunflower hybrid seeds in the same parts of the seed statistical results show that:In terms of seed size,the seeds in the outer ring are larger,the central ring is the second,and the inner ring is the smallest and smaller than the control,the seed set rate and100-grain weight are shown as follows: central site seeds> outer ring site seeds> control site seeds> inner ring site seeds,in the shell rate manifested as central site seeds< outer ring site seeds< control site seeds< inner ring site seeds.3.The results of seed germination test and adversity test of 10 sunflower hybrid flowers showed that: Seed germination(seedling emergence)rate,germination index,seed vitality index,seedling length,root length,dry weight,and fresh weight all show: central site seeds> outer ring site seeds> control site seeds> inner ring site seeds,on the average number of germination days,there are central site seeds< outer ring site seeds< control site seeds< inner ring site seeds.4.The results of different parts of 10 sunflower determination of physiological and biochemical indicators: In the ATP content,dehydrogenase OD value,SOD activity,CAT activity,and POD activity,Central site seeds> outer ring site seeds> control site seeds>inner ring site seeds,in the relative conductivity and LOX activity,central site seeds<outer ring site seeds< control site seeds< inner ring site seeds.
