Phelipanche aegyptiaca can seriously reduce the yield and quality of tomato,there is an urgent need for a set of efficient control techniques for P.aegyptiaca.In this study,the effects of Jinmiao target on the number of P.aegyptiaca nodules and the nodules browning rate were studied in dish parasitic system,The mechanism of resistance parasitism induced by the target was also studied.The results we obtained are listed as follows:1.P.aegyptiaca seeds could germinate and parasitize into tomato root in dish parasitic system,the seed germination rate was 90%,and the number of parasitic nodules was 36 per dish.Seven tomato varieties are susceptible and highly susceptible varieties in pot system,The observation of the process revealed the whole process of tomato parasitism and provided the basis for morphological identification.2.After concentration screening,The control effect of Chitosan on P.aegyptiaca is poor.At 1:500 concentration,P.aegyptiaca nodules browning rate only increased by29.36%,while the number of P.aegyptiaca nodules increased by 50%.1:1000 was determined as the best application concentration of Jinmiao target.The control effects of tomato varieties Tunhe 17 and 1118 were studied.After the application of Jinmiao target,the number of parasitic nodules in tomato root decreased by 8.4 and 8.6,and nodules browning rate increased by 35.57%and 40.97%,respectively.The results showed that in the dish parasitic system,Jinmiao target could play a good role in the control of P.aegyptiaca parasitize tomato.3.It was found that under the condition of the concentration as low as 1:4000 in pot system,Jinmiao target could still play a control effect to P.aegyptiaca.Chitosan can only reduce normal parasitism.After applying 1:1000 concentration of Jinmiao target to the root of three processed tomato varieties of Tunhe 17,1118 and 1230,The parasitism rate and parasitism intensity was 0.There were parasitism phenomenon in the root,but P.aegyptiaca tuburcule can’t growth normal.4.The mechanism of Jinmiao target inhibit P.aegyptiaca parasitized to tomato was studied in petri dish system.It was found that after applying Jinmiao target,callose accumulated faster,H2O2accumulated faster in tomato,SOD,POD,CAT,APX and other antioxidant enzyme activities increased,and soluble sugar content involved in osmotic regulation increased.These changes may be related to the expression of resistance related genes and the activation of multiple resistance reactions in tomato induced by the Jinmiao target.
