The total amount of water resources in China is abundant,but the per capita amount is seriously insufficient.Agricultural irrigation accounts for more than 60%of the total social water consumption.Agricultural irrigation is a major water user in China,and the low irrigation utilization ratio leads to the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in China,it puts forward higher request to improve irrigation water efficiency and management level,and it is very important to develop efficient water-saving irrigation technology.The construction of intelligent irrigation plays an important role in improving the efficiency and management of irrigation water.However,in the course of the construction of pipeline irrigation project in our country,the level of automation management is lower because of the lack of attention to the field water-saving irrigation project,there are some problems in the irrigation process,such as uneven irrigation and low management efficiency.In order to realize timely and appropriate irrigation and improve water use efficiency and management level of pipeline irrigation system in small-scale mechanical and electrical irrigation area,the main object of this paper is pipeline irrigation system in Southern Plain River Network area,an intelligent control system for water conveyance in rice fields in the southern plain area is established to achieve precision irrigation,water saving and efficient management.The main content is as follows:(1)Based on the law of constant flow conservation of mass and energy conservation and transformation,a digital model of the pipeline irrigation system in the Southern Plain region was constructed and solved by the dichotomy method,it is used to simulate the flow rate and working pressure of the main nodes of the pipeline under different working conditions,the flow rate of each outlet and the flow rate,lift,shaft power and efficiency of the pump have laid a technical foundation for the pipeline irrigation automation.(2)The hardware system includes water level sensor,solenoid valve,Lora terminal equipment,gateway communication equipment,IO equipment,mainly by receiving and executing the control instructions of the host computer system,the remote monitoring of the pump,solenoid valve,the pump cumulative pumping volume,the water level of the pump station inlet pool and outlet pool,and the field water level of each field is realized.(3)The host computer system uses the method of database management to store the collected data and weather forecast data,which is convenient for users to view and call the data.At the same time,PHP language is used to develop the cloud platform management system for pipeline irrigation,which mainly includes remote manual control,intelligent control and simulation.The application of APP INVENTOR 2 to make mobile management App is convenient for users to view data at any time and anywhere and to control the operation of irrigation system.The intelligent control system of pipeline irrigation in the southern plain can not only monitor the water level of pumping station and field,but also control the operation of pipeline irrigation system.The system can reduce manpower labor,lighten the workload of related management and Operation Personnel,and it is easy to operate and safe and reliable.It can improve the uniformity of irrigation and improve the efficiency of work,at the same time,it can reduce the related fund expenditure.
