Research On The Self-management Mode Of Herdsmen Community Based On The Protection Of Pasture

Since the implementation of the policy of "double contracting of livestock and grass" in pastoral areas,at the beginning,people often only pay attention to the economic benefits of the utilization of grassland and ignore the ecological impact brought by it,resulting in the "predatory" operation of grassland and pasture.Although the economy of pastoral areas has been rapidly developed in a short period of time,the problems of grassland ecological environment destruction also keep appearing.This paper takes the status quo of grassland protection in Inner Mongolia as the research object,analyzes the status quo of utilization and protection of grassland in Inner Mongolia and the existing problems through actual research,and finds that there are still problems in the utilization and protection of grassland,such as the fragmentation of the use of grassland and the imperfection of the property rights management system of grassland.On the basis of investigation and research,this paper deeply thinks about the causes of these problems,and actively explores the measures and methods to solve these problems.It believes that the self-management of herdsmen community is one of the effective ways to solve the current grassland degradation.Based on this,questionnaire survey is used in this study to conduct binary logistic regression analysis on whether herdsmen are willing to participate in community independent management,and demonstrate the feasibility of herdsmen community independent management mode.The self-management mode of herdsmen is regarded as a new direction of grassland environmental governance and has practical application value for improving grassland ecological environment.The results of the empirical study showed that the main responsibility consciousness of herdsmen,the understanding degree of herdsmen community and the sense of identity of cooperative management of herdsmen had a positive impact on whether herdsmen were willing to participate in community management.It was proposed that the herdsmen with the willingness to participate could carry out pilot experiments to test the design results,and at the same time,targeted countermeasures for utilization and protection of herdsmen pasture were formulated: Scientific management of pastoral areas;Clarify the property right system,innovate the management mode of grass pasture;Improve the grassland law enforcement and supervision system;We will advocate diversified governance and introduce the participation of social capital.It has practical guiding significance and practical application value for the utilization and protection of grazing pasture,promoting the balance of herbage and livestock and the virtuous cycle of ecosystem.
