| With the proposal of energy conservation and emission reduction and the requirements of the development of new material fishing vessels,in order to solve the problems of high energy consumption,low efficiency,serious impact on economic benefits and pollution to the environment of traditional fishing vessels in China,the lightweight design of the deck machinery of fishing vessels is carried out to reduce energy consumption and pollution.In this paper,the key component-base of the electric winch,which is one of the deck machinery of the 52.12 m double deck frozen trawler,is taken as an example to study.Firstly,the lightweight design of the structure is carried out.On this basis,by considering the actual equipment and manufacturing process of the traditional ship enterprises,a comprehensive lightweight design method based on the process and the structure is adopted.The main research contents include :(1)Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are introduced,and the current situation of lightweight at home and abroad is summarized and evaluated.The problems existing in the lightweight design results of the structure are found,and on this basis,the lightweight technology for manufacturing is proposed.Secondly,the lightweight design theory and related technologies involved in this paper are summarized.Finally,the research object of this paper is introduced,and the lightweight technical route and the process of establishing the optimization model are briefly described.(2)The lightweight design based on structure is proposed from the design point of view.Firstly,the load of the frame under the limit condition is calculated and simplified,and the finite element analysis is carried out in Workbench.Secondly,topology optimization design is carried out on the basis of finite element results.Then the results of topology optimization are optimized based on response surface design.Finally,the shortcomings of the results based on structural lightweight in the face of manufacturing are pointed out and demonstrated,and the importance of realizing lightweight without changing the existing equipment and process is emphasized.(3)According to the results of the lightweight design of the frame based on the structure,the pursuit of ultimate lightweight is often difficult to achieve in actual manufacturing.Therefore,the goal of lightweight is changed from design-oriented to manufacturingoriented.Firstly,the topology optimization design of the frame is carried out based on the manufacturing process.Secondly,multi-objective optimization design is carried out based on Isight on the results of topology optimization.Finally,the optimal design variables are rounded to verify the performance of the optimized frame and determine the rationality of the scheme.In summary,on the basis of structural lightweight design,a comprehensive lightweight design method based on process / structure is proposed.Through this method,the total mass is reduced by 14.37 % on the basis of meeting the design standards,manufacturing equipment,process requirements and no cost increase,and good lightweight effect is achieved.It provides a new idea for manufacturing lightweight for traditional shipbuilding enterprises without changing the existing equipment and process. |
