Evaluation Of Green Agricultural Development Level In Xinjiang

At present,China’s agricultural development has made great progress,but the application of huge amounts of pesticides,plastic film,chemical fertilizers and other production methods,so that China’s agricultural economic growth and ecological environment is showing a negative growth phenomenon.Along with the Xinjiang agricultural economy rapid development,driven by the "output growth target,traditional agriculture in the high pollution,high energy consumption of the agricultural ecological environment is under threat,under the background of agricultural production,ecological environment deterioration,should be the green agricultural development in Xinjiang as the important condition of sustainable development,green development of Xinjiang agriculture to research,It is helpful to promote the green development and sustainable development of Agriculture in Xinjiang.This paper takes Xinjiang as the main research area.First of all,it analyzes the basic conditions of green agricultural development in Xinjiang and the current situation related to green agricultural development.Secondly,on the basis of agricultural economic development,agricultural resource utilization and agricultural ecological environment,the index evaluation system of green agricultural development in Xinjiang is constructed,and the factors affecting green agricultural development in Xinjiang are empirically analyzed by using entropy weight method.Finally,through the obstacle degree model empirical analysis to study its influence factors,get the problem and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The results show that: first,the weight of each index of green agricultural development in Xinjiang is calculated based on entropy weight method.The weight has great influence on agricultural employees,effective utilization coefficient of machinery,effective utilization coefficient of chemical fertilizer,afforestation area and chemical fertilizer application intensity.These indexes have great influence on green agricultural development in Xinjiang.Secondly,the comprehensive level of agricultural green development shows an upward trend,indicating that the level of agricultural green development in Xinjiang is relatively good.From the perspective of indicators,the utilization of agricultural resources and agricultural ecological environment have a great impact on the green development of agriculture in Xinjiang.Thirdly,through the diagnostic model of obstacle factors,the main obstacle factors affecting the green development of agriculture in Xinjiang were analyzed.From the calculation results,it can be seen that the agricultural ecological environment has a great impact on the green development level of agriculture in Xinjiang.Fourth,by analyzing the obstacle factors and the degree of disorder,found that the influence of Xinjiang agricultural development level before ordering 5 green barrier factor intensity of fertilizer,afforestation area,chemical fertilizer,agriculture practitioners effective utilization coefficient,mechanical effective utilization coefficient,and the influence of other indicators of Xinjiang agricultural green development level is reducing year by year.Therefore,in order to promote the green development of agriculture in Xinjiang towards a better stage of development,Xinjiang should increase the government’s financial support for agriculture,improve the process of agricultural development;With technology as the support,to create a diversified agricultural green brand;Strengthen government control and improve the utilization rate of agricultural resources;Strengthen agricultural ecological environment protection and strengthen supervision.
