| Huangguogan red spider is a type of citrus red spider(Tetranychus cinnbarinus),belongs to the arachnids,suborder tick mites,anterior tetranychidae,is a main pest in the production process of huangguogan,endangering young shoots,leaves and peels by sucking juicec,among them,the harmful leaves are the heaviest,and the affected leaves lose their luster,and even fall leaves,fall fruit,due to its strong reproductive ability,short generation cycle,overlapping,large amount of occurrence,and rapid development of drug resistance,it has a great impact on the yield and quality of huangguogan,therefore huangguogan red spider is an important control object for the production and management of huangguogan.In order to effectively control Huangguogan red spider,reduce pesticide dosage,delay drug resistance of Huangguogan red spider,and improve the pertinence,effectiveness and scientific nature of pesticides to huangguogan red spider,in this paper,taking huangguogan red spider as the test object,the virulence of Pyridaben、Fenpropathrin、Cylfumetomen、Bifenazate、Martrine、Azadirachtin on huangguogan red spider was determined by indoor bioassay test,according to the two modes of chemical pesticide compounding and chemical pesticide and plant-derived pesticide compounding,the best ratio mixture of two synergistic agents was screened out,which provided a scientific strategy for the efficient and green prevention and control of huangguogan red spider.The main findings are as follows:1.The virulence of 6 insecticides was determined by indoor biological testing.The test results showed that:the LC50 values of Martrine、Pyridaben、Azadirachtin、Cylfumetomen、Fenpropathrin、Bifenazate against huangguogan red spider female adult mites were0.07631mg/L、0.3585mg/L、1.7820mg/L、2.3214mg/L、4.0850mg/L、11.7219mg/L,respectively,and the virulence of matrine(relative virulence of 153.61)was the highest against huangguogan red spider female adult mites,while the virulence of biphenylhydrazide was the lowest,the relative virulence is 1.2.In this experiment,6 combinations of 4 chemical pesticides of Pyridaben、Fenpropathrin、Cylfumetomen、Bifenazate were set in pairs.The cototoxicity factor of these combinations on the female mite of Huangguogan red spider was determined,and the optimal combination and optimal proportion of synergists were screened.The results showed that Bifenazate and Cylfumetomen were the best synergistic combination,and the optimal synergistic quality ratio for the combined effect of Huangguogan red spider female mite was 17:10.At the same time,a total of 8 combinations of 4 chemical pesticides sush as Pyridaben、Fenpropathrin、Cylfumetomen、Bifenazate were set up with 2 plant-derived pesticides of Martrine and Azadirachtin,respectively.The cototoxicity factor of these combinations on the female mite of Huangguogan red spider was determined,and the optimal combination and optimal proportion of synergists were screened.The results showed that Cylfumetomen and Martrine were the best synergistic combination,and the optimal synergistic quality ratio for the combined effect of Huangguogan red spider female mite was 33:5.3.Combined with the production practice,the field efficacy test of Bifenazate and Cylfumetomen 17:10 mixture and Cylfumetomen and Martrine 33:5 mixture on Huangguogan red spider was carried out.The results showed that when the effective ingredient concentration of Bifenazate and Cylfumetomen 17:10 mixture was 30-60 mg/L,the effective ingredient concentration of Cylfumetomen and Martrine 33:5 mixture was30-60 mg/L,compared with control pesticides,in the case of the same control effect,the active ingredient of the test agent is used in smaller amounts,the cost is lower,and the quick efficacy and effectiveness are better.Bifenazate and Cylfumetomen 17:10 mixture,1d after application,the control effect reaches nearly 85%or more,and the control effect rises rapidly in 3、10、15d after application,maintaining above 96%,and 30d after application,the control effect can reach more than 91%.Cylfumetomen and Martrine 33:5mixture,1d after application,the control effect was more than 85%,and the control effect rises rapidly in 3、10d after application,maintaining above 94%,and 30d after application,the control effect can reach more than 87%,which can effectively control the long-term harm of Huangguogan red spider. |
