| To investigate the effects of straw returning and tillage methods on soil salt content,photosynthetic characteristics,and yield of winter wheat in saline alkali soil,this experiment set up six combinations of strip tillage and straw returning methods:combined of two outside strips subsoiling and straw centralized burying in central strip(SDC),combined of two outside strips subsoiling and straw adequate distribution returning in three strips(SDA),combined of subsoiling and straw adequate distribution returning in three strips(SA),combined of two outside strips rotary tillage and straw centralized burying in central strip(RDC),combined of two outside strips rotary tillage and straw adequate distribution returning in three strips(RDA)and combined of rotary tillage and straw adequate distribution returning in three strips(RA).It was launched in Xiaobotou Town,Wudi County,Binzhou City,Shandong Province in 2021.Analyze the photosynthetic performance,nitrogen accumulation in various organs,yield,and soil salt content of winter wheat at different stages after the booting stage.The main test results are as follows:1ćEffects of strip tillage and straw return on soil physicochemical properties,plant dry matter and nitrogen accumulation,and yield in saline alkali soilRDC,RDA,SDC,SDA have higher modes than SA and RA can both improve soil physical and chemical properties,with RDC and SDC being the most effective.Striped tillage and straw return have a significant impact on the physical and chemical properties of winter wheat in saline alkali soil,improving the situation where high salt content in saline alkali soil leads to poor plant growth and development.RDC treatment significantly reduces salt content and p H changes soil physical and chemical properties compared to other treatments,with salt content during the filling period of 0-20 cm soil layer(Fi),RDC decreased by 4.06%,5.62%,6.75%,6.56%,and10.08%compared to SDC,SDA,SA,RDA,and RA,respectively.During the grouting period(Fi)of 40-60 cm soil layer,RDC decreased by 0.44%,2.30%,3.48%,2.77%,and 6.54%compared to SDC,SDA,SA,RDA,and RA,respectively.At the same time,strip tillage and straw returning can significantly increase the cation exchange capacity in saline alkali soil,such as Na~+and K~+.The Na~+and K~+content of RDC treatment is higher than that of other treatments.RDC increased the accumulation of dry matter and nitrogen compared to other treatments.Compared to the six treatments,the stem,leaf,and ear under RDC treatment showed the highest values at all growth stages.Taking the accumulation of stem dry matter during milk ripening as an example,RDC increased by 12.49%,4.70%,0.19%,19.95%,and 3.84%compared to SDC,SDA,SA,RDA,and RA,respectively;Taking the accumulation of dry matter in leaves during milk ripening as an example,RDC increased by 10.14%,6.27%,-8.64%,-1.86%,and 10.61%compared to SDC,SDA,SA,RDA,and RA,respectively;Taking the accumulation of dry matter in the ear during the ripening period as an example,RDC increased by 14.13%,-3.11%,14.62%,8.60%,and 8.19%compared to SDC,SDA,SA,RDA,and RA,respectively.Taking the total nitrogen accumulation of plants during flowering as an example,RDC increased by 4.81%,5.17%,7.91%,4.61%,and 9.40%compared to SDC,SDA,SA,RDA,and RA,respectively;Taking flowering leaves as an example,RDC increased by 4.60%,6.96%,5.47%,6.60%,and10.34%compared to SDC,SDA,SA,RDA,and RA,respectively;Taking the grain filling stage as an example,RDC increased by 7.83%,10.36%,16.72%,13.47%,and 23.59%compared to SDC,SDA,SA,RDA,and RA,respectively.There are three models based on deep loosening(SDC,SDA,SA),and the SDC and SDA models effectively increase the number of spikes,grains per spike,thousand grain weight,and yield of winter wheat,in the order of SDC>SDA>SA.The three models based on rotary tillage(RDC,RDA,RA)showed a significant increase in the number of ears,grains per ear,thousand grain weight,and yield of winter wheat with RDC and RDA,in the order of RDC>RDA>RA.Among the six modes,the yield of RDC and SDC significantly increased,fully indicating that centralized tillage of the central strip of straw can increase the yield of winter wheat by increasing the number of ears,grains per ear,and thousand grain weight.Strip tillage and straw returning can significantly improve winter wheat yield.Strip tillage and straw returning can improve soil physical and chemical properties,increase plant nitrogen accumulation and dry matter accumulation,thereby increasing the number of winter wheat ears,grains per ear,and thousand grain weight,and increasing winter wheat yield.2.Effects of strip tillage and straw returning on photosynthetic characteristics of winter wheat in saline-alkali soilStriped tillage and straw returning can significantly increase the chlorophyll content of winter wheat,thereby increasing photosynthetic performance and increasing winter wheat yield.RDA,SDA mode showed a significant increase in chlorophyll content compared to the deep loosening tillage mode SA,rotary tillage mode RA mode,The chlorophyll content increased more significantly between the RDC of straw,as well as the two side strip deep loosening tillage mode and SDC of straw.Indicating an increase in chlorophyll content under strip tillage and central strip concentrated plowing treatments,improving plant photosynthetic performance and increasing wheat yield.In summary,strip tillage and straw returning are beneficial for improving soil water and salt movement in coastal saline alkali land,thereby improving the physical and chemical properties of winter wheat,promoting growth and development,and ultimately increasing yield,with RDC treatment being the most obvious. |
