The occurrence of potato black scurf has seriously hindered potato production and scientific research.Three resistance identification methods were used to evaluate the resistance of 72 potato germplasm resources to black scurf.The resistant materials were screened and the genetic relationship of potato resistant resources was analyzed by SSR marker technology.At the same time,the agronomic traits and biological traits of resistant materials were investigated.Excellent resistant germplasm resources that can be used as hybrid parents provide a theoretical basis for potato breeding for black scurf resistance.The test results are as follows :(1)Through greenhouse pot inoculation identification,14 black scurf resistance materials were screened out.The results of greenhouse soil inoculation identification showed that 22 materials were black scurf resistance materials.Natural resistance identification in the field screened 34 black scurf resistance materials;compared with the greenhouse pot inoculation identification,the correlation between the greenhouse soil inoculation identification and the field natural resistance identification was higher.The greenhouse soil inoculation identification could be preferentially selected,and 22 potato black scurf resistance germplasm resources such as Ke17-33-270 were screened according to the greenhouse soil inoculation identification results.(2)By analyzing the genetic diversity of 22 resistant germplasm resources,the results showed that the genetic similarity coefficient was between 0.3333-0.9444.At the similarity genetic number of 0.62,the resistant materials were divided into 5 categories,showing a distant genetic relationship.The genetic similarity coefficient between Ke 18-134-5 and Ke 18-127-5was 0.3889.The genetic similarity between ND11-1-4 and Long 18-124-8,ND11-1-4 and Long18-7-100 was 0.4444.(3)Through the investigation of agronomic traits and biological traits,the pollen viability of 6 resistant germplasm resources such as Long 17-138-18 was higher than 50 %,which was suitable for male parent.The natural seed setting of three resistant germplasm resources such as Long 18-7-100 was above the medium level,which could be used as both male and female parents.The 15 resistant germplasm resources such as Ke 17-33-270 had uniform potato shape,shallow bud eye and smooth potato skin.Eight resistant germplasm resources such as Ke 17-18-2 were higher than the average yield of 42835.20 kg / hm2.15 resistant germplasm resources such as Ke 17-33-270 were high starch materials;the reducing sugar content of 19 resistant germplasm resources such as Ke 17-33-270 was less than 0.4 %.(4)Screening of excellent parents against black scurf potato,ND11-1-4 and Ke18-127-5had high yield and good appearance,which were suitable for potato fresh food.Long 18-124-8,Ke 18-134-5 and Long 17-138-18 had low reducing sugar content,high dry matter content and good appearance,which were suitable for potato powder processing.Long 18-124-8 and Long17-138-18 had high starch content and good appearance,which were suitable for potato starch processing.Long 18-124-8,Ke 18-134-5 and Long 17-138-18 had high dry matter content,low reducing sugar content and good appearance,which were suitable for potato food processing.
