Study On Herbicides And Application Techniques For Taraxacum Mongolicum Hand-Mazz Cultivation

In recent years,dandelion(Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-Mazz)which is recognized by the public due to its unique flavor and nutrition and health care effect has become a popular medicine and food vegetable in the market.Weeds in the field are important factors affecting the yield and quality of dandelion,however,the registered use of herbicides is limited to wheat,maize,rice,soybean and other food crops currently.The unreasonable application of herbicides in dandelion production often cause phytotoxicity and growth inhibition of plants.Therefore,the research,with three years Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-Mazz as the test material,conduct pot simulation experiment in the open field to study effects of herbicide application amounts,soil moisture contents and application period on the field weeding effects,growth,quality and yield of dandelion,which can provide ing references for the reasonable selection and application technology of field herbicide of dandelion.The following conclusions are obtained through the experiment:(1)Comprehensive evaluation of field weeding effects,yield and quality in the field,the mixture of 750 ml/hm~296%S-metolachlor and 2250 ml/hm~248%butralin was screened as the best pre-emergence herbicide,and the best post-emergence herbicide is the 900 ml/hm~210%quizalofop-P-ethyl.(2)The mixture of pre-emergence herbicide of 750 ml/hm~296%S-metolachlor and 2250ml/hm~248%butralin obtained a good comprehensive effect on weed control of three-year-old dandelion under the soil water content 60%～75%.(3)The 900 ml/hm~210%quizalofop-P-ethyl achieved a good comprehensive effect on weed control of three-year-old dandelion fields at the weed period of 5 to 6 leaves.(4)Dandelion could increase Pro contents and MDA contents,improving the activity of SOD and POD to deal with herbicide stress with a certain degree.(5)A chemical control system for weed control of perennial dandelion has been established.The mixture of 96%promethachlor emulsion 750 ml/hm~2and 48%sec-butylene emulsion2250 ml/hm~2could be used as the pre-seedling herbicide to apply when the soil water content was60%～75%.900 ml/hm~210%proquinoline could be used as post-emergence herbicide to apply when most weeds in the field have reached 5 to 6 leaves.
