| In order to screen out pear varieties suitable for cultivation in southern Xinjiang and explore the effect of hole storage drip irrigation technology on the physical and chemical properties and growth of pear soil,this study used the young trees of four pear varieties,namely 3-year-old ’Yuluxiang’,’Early Crisp’,’Early Ruby ’ and ’Aidan’,as the introduction materials,compared the growth differences of the four pear varieties in Hotan,Xinjiang,and applied fruit tree hole storage bricks to the late maturing variety ’Aidan’ and the early maturing variety ’Early Crisp’,Three treatments of non-fruit tree hole storage brick(CK),fruit tree hole storage brick a(T1)and fruit tree hole storage brick b(T2)were set to explore the effects of fruit tree hole storage brick on soil physical and chemical properties and growth and development of different pear varieties.The main findings are as follows:1.The growth trend of the new shoots of the four pear varieties showed an "S" type growth.’Early Crisp’ grew the fastest in 0-40 days,and the growth rate was slow in 40-60 days.’Aidan’ grew the slowest in 0-40 days,and increased significantly in 40-70 days.After 81 days,the growth of the new shoots of the four pear varieties basically reached a stable level.The length and thickness of the new shoots showed Aidan >Yuluxiang > Early Ruby > Early Crisp,and the leaf area showed Aidan > Early Crisp >Yuluxiang > Early Ruby,The petiole length was as follows: Early Crisp > Yuluxiang > Early Ruby> Aidan,and the dry matter quality of the whole plant was as follows: Aidan > Yuluxiang > Early Ruby > Early Crisp;The nutrient content of the whole plant of four pear varieties,including N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe and Zn,was analyzed by principal component analysis.The nutrient content of the whole plant showed as follows: Aidan > Yuluxiang > Early Ruby > Early Crisp.2.T1 and T2 treatments increased the soil water content of the 0-60 cm soil layer of ’Aidan’ and ’Early Crisp’ in a irrigation cycle,decreased the p H value of the 20-60 cm soil layer,and increased the content of total N,total P,total K,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and organic matter in the 0-80 cm soil layer of the two pear varieties,and the T1 and T2 treatments at the 20-40 cm soil layer had the most significant improvement effect,and increased the total N content of the two pear varieties by 20.42%,17.08%,21.67%,18.33%,total P content increased by 20.18%,12.65%,24.19% and21.14% respectively,and total K content increased by 18.58%,8.47%,19.15% and 6.95% respectively;The contents of soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium of T1 and T2 treatments were significantly higher than those of CK treatments at 0-60 cm soil layer,and the organic matter content of T1 and T2 treatments at 20-40 cm soil layer was the most significant,and the three treatments of the two pear varieties were T1 > T2 > CK.T1 and T2 treatments can promote the physical and chemical properties of ’Aidan’ and ’Early Crisp’ soils to a certain extent.From the results of different treatments in different soil layers,it can be seen that T1 treatment is more effective.3.T1 and T2 treatments significantly increased the new shoot length,leaf area,petiole length,biomass and mineral nutrient content in roots and leaves of ’Aidan’ and ’Early Crisp’,and the new shoot length of’Aidan’ and ’Early Crisp’ increased by 14.62% and 20.47% respectively compared with CK treatment,and the new shoot length of ’Aidan’ and ’Early Crisp’ increased by 10.52% and 13.35% respectively compared with CK treatment;For the root,the total N content of fruit tree hole storage brick T1 increased 12.41%and 21.16% respectively compared with CK,and the total N content of fruit tree hole storage brick T1 increased 11.73% and 14.81% respectively compared with CK;For leaves,the total K content of fruit tree hole storage brick T1 increased 18.38% and 23.33% respectively compared with CK treatment,and that of T2 treatment increased 13.25% and 12.50% respectively compared with CK treatment.Through comprehensive comparison,it can be concluded that the effect of fruit tree hole brick storage on the growth and development of the two pear varieties is T1 > T2 > CK,and the early maturing variety ’Early Crisp’ has a greater increase.Conclusion: Through comprehensive comparison of the growth and development of four pear varieties and the nutrient content of plants in southern Xinjiang,the principal component analysis method was used to find that the four pear varieties were introduced as follows: Aidan > Yuluxiang > Early Ruby >Early Crisp;T1 and T2 treatments applied with fruit tree hole storage bricks promoted the soil physical and chemical properties and growth and development of late-maturing cultivar ’Aidan’ and early-maturing cultivar ’Early Crisp’,and the promotion effect was T1 > T2 > CK,and the growth of ’Early Crisp’plants was more promoted. |
