Research On Residents’ Satisfaction Evaluation Of Rural "Coal To Gas" Project In Shanxi Province

With the continuous progress of society,coordinated economic and environmental development has become particularly important.In recent years,the continuous "haze" weather makes environmental problems become the national attention and urgent problem to be solved.The government has taken concrete steps to tackle environmental problems,including switching from coal to gas in rural areas in northern China.When you want to achieve the goal of coal-free heating,the "coal to gas" policy has become a very effective measure to improve the atmospheric environment,and will continue to be implemented in depth from now on.The raw coal supply is nearly 100% in Shanxi Province,which is a big coal province,so it is faced with the situation of complex "coal-smoke type" pollution.In order to improve the existing atmospheric environment in Shanxi Province,the Shanxi provincial government has decided to implement the blue sky battle,and the "coal to gas" policy is the main part of the blue sky battle and an important treatment measure.Through the implementation of the "coal to gas" transformation project,Shanxi Province’s air quality has been significantly improved.The rural areas of Shanxi Province began to implement the "coal to gas" policy,the rural area is large,so the gas ventilation area is relatively large,more rural residents enjoy the policy,but also there are a variety of problems to be solved,residents are also affected after the use of ventilation,thus greatly reducing the satisfaction of rural residents.In this paper,the rural residents using ventilation in Taigu District were surveyed by questionnaires,and the concepts of "coal to gas" and residents’ satisfaction were sorted out.Based on the survey data,five influencing factors of residents’ satisfaction were analyzed empirically,and the evaluation system of residents’ satisfaction of "coal to gas" project was constructed.The AHP model was used to calculate the weight of evaluation index.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate the residents’ satisfaction with "coal to gas",and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The life of rural residents has become easier and more convenient due to the "coal to gas" policy,which allows residents to have new heating methods and no longer worry about cooking problems.As a whole,rural residents have a good living environment,but also have more new challenges.In view of the above five influencing factors,this paper puts forward some suggestions that can improve residents’ satisfaction,that is,the government should do a good job in policy work,improve the scientific nature of the policy,ensure the natural gas subsidies for rural residents,guide the public to actively participate in the implementation of environmental protection policies,improve the after-sales service system guarantee,and implement daily safety supervision.
