| A appropriate cultivation technology is of great significance to achieve high quality and high yield of soybean.However,the research on the specific change trend of soybean yield and quality traits under different fertilization and uniconazole concentration needs to be improved.In order to screen the appropriate compound fertilization,uniconazole concentration and their combination,to improve soybean yield and quality,this experiment adopted the re-cracking test design which considered three factors.The main area is soybean varieties,including A1(Jinong 75)and A2(Jinong 74).The split area is the application rate of compound fertilizer,with four levels of B1(350 kg/hm2),B2(450 kg/hm2),B3(550 kg/hm2)and B4(650kg/hm2).The re-cracking is the concentration of uniconazole,and four levels were set as C1(0 mg/kg),C2(100 mg/kg),C3(150mg/kg)and C4(200 mg/kg).The compound fertilizer was N-P2O5-K2O=13:17:15 and total nutrient≥45%,uniconazole is 5%wettable powder.The effects of three factors on agronomic traits,yield and quality of soybean were studied in this experiment.The main research results are as follows:1.The study on the effects of fertilization and uniconazole concentration on agronomic traits of different varieties showed that:In response to the increases of fertilization,plant height gradually increased and reached the peak under treatment B4.The number of effective branch,the nodes number,the pods number per plant,the grain weight per plant and 100-grain weight all increased first and then decreased.Among them,the number of effective branches,the nodes number,the grain weight per plant and 100-grain weight reached the peak under B2 treatment.The number of pods per plant reached the peak under B3 treatment,and there was no significant difference between B3 and B2 treatment.In response to the increase of uniconazole concentration,plant height gradually decreased,and the plant height was the lowest under C4 treatment.The number of effective branches,the number of main nodes,the number of pods per plant and the weight of 100-grain all increased first and then decreased.Among them,the pod number per plant and 100-grain weight reached the peak under C3 treatment,and the effective branch number and the nodes number reached the peak under C2 treatment,which were not significantly different from those under C3 treatment.The grain weight per plant increased gradually and reached the peak under C4 treatment,which was not significantly different from that under C3 treatment.Since there was no significant difference in agronomic traits between the two soybean varieties selected in this experiment,the optimal fertilizer rate for agronomic traits was B2 treatment,and the optimal uniconazole concentration was C3 treatment.2.The study on the effects of fertilization and the uniconazole concentration on the yield of different varieties showed that:with the increase of fertilization and the uniconazole concentration,the yield of soybean increased first and then decreased The yield reached the peak under the fertilization rate of B2,which was 13.66%higher than that of the lowest yield treatment(P<0.01).The yield reached the peak under the treatment of C3,which was 9.45%higher than that of the lowest yield treatment(P<0.01).Since there was no significant difference in yield between the two soybean varieties selected in this experiment,by comprehensive analysis,the best fertilizer application rate for yield was B2,and the best uniconazole concentration was C3.3.The study on the effect of f fertilization and the uniconazole concentration on the quality of different varieties showed that:the quality was significantly affected by variety,fertilization and the uniconazole concentration.Among them,the crude protein content of the A2 and whey protein content was higher than those of A1,crude fat content was less than the A1.With the increase of fertilization,crude protein content,crude fat content and whey protein content showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and it reached the peak under B2 treatment.Meanwhile,with the increase of uniconazole concentration,crude fat content and whey protein content gradually increased,and both reached the peak under C4 treatment,but there was no significant difference compared with C3 treatment.The crude protein content increased first and then decreased in response to the increase of e uniconazole concentration,reaching the peak under C3 treatment.Comprehensive quality analysis showed that A1 was the best variety for crude fat content,A2 was the best variety for crude protein content and whey protein content,B2 was the best fertilizer application rate of the two varieties,and C3 was the best uniconazole concentration.4.Based on the analysis of yield and quality,the best processing combination was A2B2C3which is Jinong 74 under the fertilization of 450 kg/hm2,the uniconazole concentration of 150mg/kg.It came out that the yield reached 3789.16 kg/hm2,crude protein content reached 42.72%,crude fat content reached 20.26%,and whey protein content was 28.9%.Net profit can reach20300.46 yuan/hm2. |
