| In order to cope with the international food security problem,in recent years,China has been vigorously promoting soybean-corn ribbon compound planting technology to ensure "no reduction in corn yield and an additional crop of soybean" as the goal of increasing yield and income.In this study,we selected 45 herbicides commonly used in soybean and corn fields for the soybean-corn complex planting model,and screened herbicides with excellent weed control effect for both soybean and corn through pot tests.At the same time,the screened soybean and corn safety-compatible herbicide formulations were evaluated for the safety of major post-crop crops such as wheat,and finally,the soybean and corn safety-compatible herbicide formulations with high efficiency and safety for major post-crop crops were screened for use in field production.The results of the study are as follows:1.29 herbicides with high safety compatibility for soybean and corn were screened as single agents.Through the evaluation of 45 herbicides on soybean and corn,29 herbicides were obtained that are safe(or can quickly resume normal growth despite the damage)and compatible with soybean and corn,including 28 herbicides used for containment alone,including: Quinclorac,Dimethoate,Flutriafol,Sec-butyl,Ethephon,Isopropylmetolachlor,Isopropylmetolachlor,Alachlor,Thiensulfuron,Sulfometuron,Azoxystrobin Alachlor,Metolachlor,Methomyl,Isopropylmetolachlor,Secbutrin,Imazamox,Fluroxypyr,Fluroxypyr,Isoxaflutole,Azoxystrobin,Propargite,Thiensulfuron,Carboxyfluroxypyr,Lactoflumuron and Spermacetam;15 herbicides for both closed and foliar applications,including: Methomyl,Alachlor,Metolachlor,Methomylmetolachlor,Isopropylmetolachlor,Secbutrin,Imazamox Flutriafol,Fluoxaflutole,Azoxystrobin,Propargite,Thiensulfuron,Carboxyfluorfen,Lactoflumuron and Spermacetam.2.18 kinds of herbicide monoclonal agents that are safe and have excellent herbicidal effect on soybean and corn were screened.Through the evaluation of the herbicidal effect of 30 soybean and corn safe and compatible herbicidal monoclonal agents,we obtained 17 pre-emergence closed herbicidal monoclonal agents with excellent weed control effect,including: Ethephon,Iprodione,Spermacetam,Dimethoate,Ethofumesate,Carboxyfluorfen,Propargite,Metsulfuron,Flutriafol,Secbutrin,Thiensulfuron,Sulfometuron,Azoxystrobin,Flusulfuron;The six post-emergence herbicides include: Imazamethapyr,Fluoxaflutole,Ethametsulfuron,Metsulfuron,Thiensulfuron and Isopropylmetolachlor.3.Optimization and screening of 7 formulations of high efficiency broad-spectrum herbicides for soybean and corn safety compatibility.By optimizing69 binary combination formulations for safety compatibility and comprehensive weed control effect in soybean and corn,four formulations of soybean and corn pre-plant closed safety broad-spectrum herbicides were obtained: Ethephon + Thiensulfuron(3037.50 g a.i.hm-2 + 19.69 g a.i.hm-2),Fluroxypyr + Azoxystrobin(900.00 g a.i.hm-2+ 52.50 g a.i.hm-2),Secbutrin + Ethofumesate(855.00 g a.i.hm-2+ 180.00 g a.i.hm-2),and Allylone + Flusulfuron(54.00 g a.i.hm-2 + 412.50 g a.i.hm-2);three soybean and corn stem and leaf safe broad-spectrum herbicide formulations: Iprodione +Flusulfuron(1188.00 g a.i.hm-2+412.50 g a.i.hm-2),Isopropylmetolachlor +Imazamox(1188.00 g a.i.hm-2+87.38 g a.i.hm-2)and Ethamethoxamate + Imazamox(3037.50 g a.i.hm-2+87.38 g a.i.hm-2).4.Safety evaluation of soybean and corn safety-compatible high efficiency broad-spectrum herbicide formulations for the next crop.The safety evaluation of the above nine soybean and corn safety-compatible binary herbicide formulations on soybean,corn and wheat crops was conducted,and four pre-emergence closed binary herbicide formulations were obtained: Ethephon + Thiensulfuron(3037.50 g a.i.hm-2+19.69 g a.i.hm-2),Fluroxypyr + Azoxystrobin(900.00 g a.i.hm-2+52.50 g a.i.hm-2),and Sec-butyl + Ethephon(17.00 g a.i.hm-2+52.50 g a.i.hm-2),Secbutrin +Etofenprox(1710.00 g a.i.hm-2 + 180.00 g a.i.hm-2),Albuterol + Flusulfuron(108.00 g a.i.hm-2 + 412.50 g a.i.hm-2)and Albuterol + Flusulfuron(54.00 g a.i.hm-2 + 412.50 g a.i.hm-2)did not affect the normal growth of subsequent soybean,corn and wheat seedlings and all showed safety;three post-emergence stem and leaf binary herbicide formulations: iprodione + flusulfuron(1188.00 g a.i.hm-2 + 412.50 g a.i.hm-2),Iprodione + Imazamethapyr(1188.00 g a.i.hm hm-2+87.38 g a.i.hm-2)and Ethamethoxam + Imazamethoxam(3037.50 g a.i.hm-2+87.38 g a.i.hm-2)showed no obvious symptoms of damage to postcrop soybean,corn and wheat,and all were safe.5.Field application effects of seven safe and compatible herbicide formulations in soybean-corn banded replanting pattern.The above screened seven herbicide formulations with good herbicidal efficacy and safety for current and following soybean corn were applied in soybean corn banded replanting field,and the preliminary results showed that: preemergence closed herbicide formulations of Allylone + Flusulfuron(108.00 g a.i.hm-2 + 412.50 g a.i.hm-2),Fluroxypyr +Azoxystrobin(900.00 g a.i.hm-2+52.50 g a.i.hm-2),and Secalein +Etofluralin(1710.00 g a.i.hm-2+180.00 g a.i.hm-2)all had control efficacy above 84.25%.The stem and leaf herbicide formulation with the best control effect was Iprodione +Flumioxazin(1188.00 g a.i.hm-2 + 412.50 g a.i.hm-2),with 94.29% efficacy.In practice,the above herbicide formulations can be selected according to the main weed communities in the farmland for control. |
