This study aims at understanding the prevalence of major pathogens in pig farms in Jiangsu Province, providing clinical data and formulating scientific and reasonable prevention and control measures for better prevention and control work in this area.Based on laboratory monitoring data,PRRS,CSF,PR,PC,PED and other important porcine diseases were summarized. The main pathogens of viral diseases were detected in 5,620 samples from 480 small-and medium-sized farms in Jiangsu Province from 2020 to 2022.the distribution of major pathogens in each stage of pig herds was analyzed and analyzed. The detection rate of PRRSV was 25.93%,which was the main factor affecting the development of pig farms.According to PRRSV GP5 gene genetic typing, the proportion of strain 1 was71.67%.Strain 5 was detected, accounting for 5.00%.Pedigree 8 strains accounted for21.67%;Pedigree 3 strain was detected, accounting for 1.66%.The main PRRSV strains in Jiangsu Province were NADC30-like strains. The detection rates of PCV2 and PCV3 are 15.49% and 14.02%,respectively.The detection rates of PCV2 and PCV3 ware basically similar. The PCV3 type showed an obvious upward trend. The highest proportion of mixed feeling with PRSSV disease was mixed feeling with PCV2,accounting for 13.79%,which was most common in the early stage after weaning. The mixed sensitivity of PRRSV and PCV3 accounted for 5.98%,and the mixed sensitivity of PCV3 showed an increasing trend in all diseases.PEDV and RV were the main common causes of diarrhea, and the detection rates were 7.68% and 8.71%,respectively.All PEDV belong to GII genotype,G2 a genotype is the dominant strain, and Po RV is mainly G9 genotype. The incidence was high in winter, and the detection rates in the first and fourth quarters were significantly higher than those in the second and third quarters.
