| Birds have more complex photoreceptors than mammals,so sensitive to light.Light has a positive effect on the production performance,reproductive performance and health of domestic poultry.It is the basic state policy of China’s energy development that energy conservation and emissions reduction.LED light is now a popular choice to replace other light sources because of its characteristics of energy saving,environmental protection and long life.In this study,AA broilers were used as research subjects to compare the effects of different LED light colors(white light,green light,blue light and blue-green composite light)on growth performance,nutrient metabolism rate,carcass performance,meat quality,serum biochemical,short-chain acids and intestinal morphology.The results are as following:(1)The final body weight and ADG of BL and BGL were significantly higher than that of GL and WL,and the final body weight and ADG of WL were significantly higher than that of GL(P<0.05).The ADFI of BL were significantly higher than that of GL and BGL(P<0.05).BGL can significantly reduce F/G(P<0.05).Different LED light color had no significant effect on the nutrient metabolism rate of broilers(P>0.05).(2)There were no significant differences in carcass rate,half-eviscerated rate,eviscerated rate,breast muscle percentage,leg muscle rate and abdominal fat rate of broilers under different LED light colors(P>0.05).(3)Different LED light colors had no significant effects on L*,a*,b*,drip loss,water loss rate and cooking loss of broilers(P>0.05).The p H24 hof breast muscle in GL were significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05),it was no significant differences in p H45minand shear force of broiler breast muscle under different LED light colors(P>0.05).The p H45minof leg muscle in WL and BGL were significantly higher than WL,and the shear force of broiler leg muscle in BL were significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05),it was no significant differences in p H24 hof broiler leg muscle under different LED light colors(P>0.05).(4)GL can significantly reduce the content of HDL(P<0.05),the Glu and UN content in GL had trend increased and decreased compared with other light color groups(P=0.087).Different LED light color had no significant effect on other serum indexes(P>0.05).(5)GBL can significantly increase the content of the cecal isobutyrate(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the contents of acetate,propionate,butyrate,valerate,and isovalerate in cecal of broilers in different LED light colors(P>0.05).(6)BL can significantly increase duodenal V/C value(P<0.05),the duodenal V/C in GL was significantly higher than that in WL(P<0.05),WL,GL and BGL can significantly reduce the ileum crypt depth(P<0.05),the ileum V/C of BGL and GL was significantly higher than that of BL(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the villus height,crypt depth and ileum height in duodenum and jejunum of broilers with different LED light colors(P>0.05).To sum up,BG light has advantages on growth performance and intestinal health of AA broilers at 42 days of age. |
