The absorption and utilization ratio of organic trace elements is higher than that of inorganic trace elements.A large number of studies show that replacing inorganic trace elements with low level of organic trace elements in diets can maintain the health status and normal production level of animals,but some studies show the opposite results.The purpose of this study is to explore is lower than the conventional inorganic trace elements content of hydroxyl methionine chelate copper,iron,manganese,zinc compound used for kinds of hen egg late meat production performance,reproductive performance,egg quality,immune index and sex hormone levels,protein and serum antioxidant index,trace element deposition in egg yolk,and the impact of economic benefits,The results provided a reference for the application of hydroxymethionine chelate in the production of meat hens in late laying period.A total of 432 50-week-old healthy hubbard parental white feathered hens with similar individual weight and laying rate were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 24 hens per replicate.Control group(group A)was fed the basal diet supplemented with 100% inorganic trace elements,and experimental group 1(group B)was fed the basal diet supplemented with inorganic trace elements(70%)and hydroxymethionine chelate ore(30%).Experimental group 2(group C)was an organic group,and the basal diet was supplemented with hydroxymethionine chelate ore,and the supplemental level was 60%of the trace elements in the non-organic group.The prefeeding period lasted for 7 days,and the trial period lasted for 56 days.Timely and accurately record the production indexes of the trial period,trying period of 28 d and 56 d by repeated collecting hatching egg egg quality,trying period 56 d each repeat random choose 2 chicken feather for venous blood collection,used to measure the serum immune,antioxidant index and sex hormone levels,according to the production performance,reproductive performance measurement on numerical calculation of economic benefit.The test results show that:1)During the experiment period of 1-56 days,there were no significant differences in average egg weight,laying rate and feed to egg ratio between experimental groups and control group(P>0.05);During the trial period of 29-56 days,the qualified rate of breeding eggs in groups B and C was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During 1-28 days and 1-56 days of experiment,the laying rate in groups B and C was increased compared with the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).2)On the 28 d and 56 d of experiment,there was no significant difference in egg quality among all groups(P>0.05).On day 28 of experiment,eggshell strength in groups B and C was increased compared with control group,but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group,the eggshell strength of group B and C was increased by3.6% and 12.3%,respectively.On the 56 th day of experiment,eggshell strength in group B and C was increased by 4.0% and 11.5% compared with the control group,respectively,but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05),the haugh units of group B and C showed a trend of decrease compared with the control group(0.05≤P=0.098 < 0.1).3)During the whole experiment period,there were no significant differences in fertilization rate,fertilized egg hatching rate,hatching egg hatching rate and healthy chick rate between group B and group C and group A(P>0.05).At 8 weeks,the hatching rate of fertilized eggs in group B and C increased by 2.0% and 4.6%,respectively,compared with control group A.4)At the end of the 8th week,compared with the control group,the activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and catalase(CAT)in eggs and serum of groups B and C were significantly increased,while the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly decreased(P<0.05);The activity of GSH-Px in group C was significantly higher than that in group B,and the content of MDA was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).The activities of total superoxide dismutase(SOD)and manganese superoxide dismutase(MN-SOD)in group C were significantly higher than those in group A(P < 0.05).5)At the end of the experiments,the contents of immunoglobulin A(Ig A)and immunoglobulin M(Ig M)in serum in group C were significantly higher than those in groups A and B(P < 0.05),but there were no significant differences in Ig G and IL-2 contents among all groups(P > 0.05).6)Compared with control group,the contents of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estrogen(E2)and progesterone(PROG)in group B and C were significantly increased(P <0.05).The contents of E2 and PROG in group C were significantly higher than those in group B(P < 0.05).7)The contents of Cu,Mn and Ca in egg yolk of control group and experimental group were significantly different.On day 28,the Content of Cu in yolk of group C was significantly higher than that of groups A and B(P < 0.05),and on day 56 th,the content of Cu in yolk of groups B and C was significantly lower than that of group A(P < 0.01).On the28 d and 56 d of experiment,the Mn content in yolk of group C was significantly higher than that of groups A and B(P < 0.05);On day 28,the content of Ca in group B was significantly higher than that in groups A and C(P < 0.05),and on day 56,the content of Ca in group B was significantly higher than that in group C(P < 0.05).During the experiment,there were no significant differences in Fe,Zn and Se contents in yolk among all groups(P > 0.05).8)Compared with the control group,the economic benefit of group B and group C increased by 8.86% and 12.37%,respectively.In conclusion,the replacement of inorganic trace elements with hydroxyl methionine chelate ore lower than the conventional supplemental level in diets can meet the normal production needs of broiler hens at the later stage of laying,and can significantly improve the qualified rate of breeding eggs,antioxidant level and immune hormone and reproductive hormone levels in the later stage of the experiment.It can significantly decrease Cu deposition and increase Fe and Mn deposition,and improve economic benefit to a certain extent.In conclusion,under the conditions of this experiment,in order to ensure the health level and normal production of broiler hens in late laying period,the diet supplemented with100% hydroxymethionine chelated Copper,iron,manganese and Zinc(Cu: 6.0mg/kg,Fe:30.0mg/kg,Zn: 66.0mg/kg,Mn: 72.0mg/kg)has a better effect.
