| Capsicum frutescens L,also known as pepper,sea pepper,pepper,spicy horn and spicy eggplant,belongs to capsicum of Solanaceae.It is a cross pollinated crop,and its planting area ranks first in vegetables in China.As an important province of pepper planting,consumption and processing in China,Hunan has always been in the leading position in pepper cultivation and breeding in China.However,Hunan often encounters problems such as low temperature,short light and weak light intensity in the process of pepper seedling raising in winter and spring.In the process of facility seedling raising in summer,it often encounters problems such as high temperature and strong light.Under the above low temperature weak light and high temperature strong light environment,the growth and development of pepper seedlings are affected,which is easy to cause great losses to production.Therefore,this experiment alleviated the above stress by spraying exogenous EBR and ALA with appropriate concentration on pepper seedlings.In order to study the effects of exogenous EBR and ALA on the growth of overwintering and summering seedlings in Hunan and the physiological mechanism of low temperature weak light and high temperature strong light stress,overwintering substrate seedlings and summering water seedlings were cultured in the intelligent greenhouse teaching base of Hunan Agricultural University from November 1,2020 to August 18,2021.By spraying different concentrations of exogenous EBR(0.001mg/L,0.01mg/L,0.1mg/L,1mg/L)and ALA(15mg/L,30mg/L,45mg/L,60mg/L),the growth indexes,antioxidant enzyme activities,osmotic regulatory substance content and key enzyme activities of nitrogen metabolism of pepper seedlings were measured,and their application in Pepper overwintering seedling raising was discussed.The main research results are as follows:1.Spraying 0.01mg/LEBR and 30mg/LALA on overwintering pepper seedlings significantly improved the morphological indexes(plant height,stem diameter,dry and fresh weight,strong seedling index),antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT),Osmoregulation Substances(proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein),key enzymes of nitrogen metabolism(NR,NIR,GS,GOGAT),alleviated the damage caused by oxidative damage to the greatest extent,and improved the ability of seedlings to resist low temperature stress.2.Spraying 0.01 mg/LEBR and 45 mg /LALA on the summer pepper seedlings significantly improved the morphological indexes(plant height,stem diameter,dry and fresh weight,strong seedling index),antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT),Osmoregulation Substances(proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein),key enzymes of nitrogen metabolism(NR,NIR,GS,GOGAT),alleviated the damage caused by oxidative damage to the greatest extent,and improved the ability of seedlings to resist high temperature stress.3.Exogenous EBR and ALA can improve the plant height,stem diameter,dry and fresh weight,strong seedling index and other indexes of overwintering pepper seedlings in production and application.The combination of hormones and additives accelerates the absorption of hormones by plants.The effects of hormones and additives are different for different varieties,among which the treatment of 30mg/LALA + additives is the best in production and application. |
