| As the fourth largest grain crop in the world,potato is of great significance to ensure national food security.However,the weakness of planting mechanization restricts the development of potato industry in China.In view of the shortage of potato seeding machinery with light structure and perfect performance in hilly and mountainous areas,this study combined theoretical analysis,innovative design,Recur Dyn-EDEM numerical simulation technology,bench performance test and other technical methods based on the requirements of potato seeding in hilly and mountainous areas by looking up the research status of potato seeding apparatus.In order to improve the working performance and reduce the structure size of the triangle chain cup and spoon type potato seed dispenser,the research was down.The contents are as follows:(1)Measurement of discrete element simulation parameters of potato seed potatoThrough investigation and literature reference,the seed potato of "Zhongdou No.5" sui Tablefor sowing in winter was selected to carry out basic physical characteristics research,and the intrinsic parameters(triaxial size,mass,density),friction coefficient,collision recovery coefficient of seed potato were determined.The multi-ball model of seed potato was established by using EDEM fast filling function.With potato repose Angle as index,parameters were calibrated by cylinder lifting method based on physical test and EDEM simulation,which provided basic parameters for subsequent simulation tests.(2)Optimization design and analysis of the key components of seed dispenserCombining theoretical analysis,innovative design and simulation technology,a simulation system for seeding device based on Recur Dyn-EDEM coupling is constructed.Analyze the movement characteristics of the seed spoon of the seed hopper,design the seed hopper double row staggered seed chain assembly,symmetrical spring automatic tensioning device,s Tableseed filling guide rail,seed clearing sprocket,seed layer height adjus Tableseed box.Based on the Recur Dyn-EDEM coupling simulation technology,the structural parameters of key components were checked to effectively improve the seeding performance and suitability of the seeding device.(3)Numerical simulation based on Recur Dyn-EDEM couplingCombined with the working principle of "filling more and leaving one" of the seed discharging device,the numerical simulation coupling simulation technology was used to analyze the seed filling stage and seed clearing stage respectively,to explore the influence of working speed,seed filling Angle and seed layer height on the seed filling performance,and the influence of seed clearing Angle and working speed on the seed clearing performance.Through quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination test,a multiple regression model was established for reseeding index,missing seeding index,working speed,filling dip Angle and seed layer height at filling stage.Considering both seed scheduling performance and efficiency,the optimal parameter combination was obtained by multi-objective optimization method.When the rotation speed of the driving wheel is60 r /min,the seed filling Angle is 72°,and the seed layer height is 209 mm,the seed filling effect is the best.At this time,the replay index of the seed filling stage is 1.48%,the missing sowing index is 1.52%,and the qualified index is 97.00%.(4)Bench test on seeding performanceThe seed arrangement performance test rig was independently built and designed to carry out seed arrangement performance test,and the accuracy and effectiveness of the optimal parameters determined based on the numerical simulation coupling technology of Recur Dyn-EDEM and the multi-objective optimization method were verified.When the driving wheel working speed is 60 r/min,seed filling Angle is 72° and seed layer height is209 mm,the reseeding index after seed clearing is 0.33%,the missing seeding index is2.67%,the qualified index is 97.00%,and the maximum error is 1.15%.According to the requirements of actual field operation,the sui Tablesowing experiment of sliced potato was carried out at different working speeds to check the adaptability of seed displatter to sliced potato.The results showed that the seed harvester had good adaptability to potato cutting.Compared with the existing equipment in the research group,the rebroadcast index of seed arranger decreased by 8.03%,the missed sowing index decreased by 5.71%,the qualified index increased by 13.74%,and the structure size decreased by 39.88%. |
