Abstract/Summary:
The establishment of regional public brand plays an important role in the high quality development of local agriculture and animal husbandry.From the 19 th CPC National Congress in 2017,when the rural revitalization strategy was first proposed,to2022,the No.1 Document of the CPC Central Committee has systematically deployed the high-quality development of agriculture and animal husbandry from various aspects and angles,such as the structure of agriculture and animal husbandry industry,product variety layout,product quality and safety,which has provided guidelines and guidance for local governments to vigorously carry out brand building of agricultural and animal husbandry products.Based on the establishment and development of "Hulunbuir Grassland Mutton" regional public brand from zero to existing in just a few years,under the current situation and development trend that all regions attach great importance to regional public brand of agricultural and animal husbandry products,how to enhance the value of "Hulunbuir grassland mutton" regional public brand and enhance its market competitiveness? It has become a practical problem affecting the high quality development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Hulunbuir City.From this Angle,this paper further attempts to explore the effective ways and channels to enhance the core competitiveness of Hulunbuir grassland mutton brand.By systematically combing relevant theories and cases,and on the basis of mastering relevant policies and theories,this paper studies the development status,creation subjects and creation measures of the regional public brand of "Hulunbuir Grassland Mutton",defines the main contents and influencing factors of regional public brand construction,and summarizes the main achievements and new situations of the construction.SWOT analysis is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the regional public brand construction of "Hulunbuir Grassland Mutton".From the aspects of optimizing the top-level design of brand construction of "Hulunbuir Grassland Mutton",consolidating the agricultural and animal husbandry foundation of brand construction of "Hulunbuir Grassland Mutton",improving the guarantee system of brand construction of "Hulunbuir Grassland Mutton" and establishing the service system of brand construction of "Hulunbuir Grassland Mutton",Try to put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of regional public brand of "Hulunbuir grassland mutton",in order to provide reference for the construction and development of regional public brand of agricultural and animal husbandry products in Hulunbuir area.
