Peach(Prunus persica L.)plays an important role in ensuring the economic benefits of fruit farmers in China and promoting the revitalization of rural areas. However, due to the problems of long-term attention to cultivation and neglect of management, partial application of chemical fertilizer, such as soil compaction, decrease of organic matter content and weakening of soil moisture and fertility preservation, the utilization ratio of chemical fertilizer for peach trees is low,as a result, the amount of fertilizer applied in peach orchards was much higher than the recommended amount.Humic acid can improve the soil conditions of orchard, promote the growth and development of fruit trees, and improve the fertilizer utilization rate of fruit trees. However, the research and application of humic acid on peach were few.In view of this, this experiment used potted peach seedlings and fruit trees as test materials, and applied water as control, the effects of humic acid on the growth, nutrient absorption and fruit quality of peach were studied in order to select the best concentration for peach production, and provide the reference for peach fruit quality improvement. The main findings are as follows:(1)The application of humic acid could increase the biomass of root, shoot and leaf of peach seedlings to different degrees, and reached the maximum when the humic acid was diluted 900 times.Compared with the control, applying humic acid in soil significantly increased the photosynthetic pigment content of peach seedling leaves. When the dilution of humic acid was 900 times, the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoid reached the maximum.(2)The contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium in root, shoot and leaf of peach seedlings were increased by humic acid to different degrees, and reached the maximum when the humic acid was diluted 900 times. In addition, the uptake, transport, transport efficiency, and contribution of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in different parts of peach seedlings were increased after humic acid was applied.Furthermore, the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium harvest indexes of the shoot of peach seedlings reached the maximum when humic acid was applied in soil with dilution times of 900.(3)Humic acid had no significant effect on fruit diameter, but when the dilution of humic acid was 900 times, fruit diameter and fruit weight of peach were significantly higher than that of the control. In addition, the content of soluble solid and titratable acid in peach fruit increased after humic acid was applied, while the content of vitamin C decreased after humic acid was applied.Compared with the control, the application of 900 times humic acid could significantly increase the solid acid ratio of peach fruit. In addition, the contents of soluble total sugar, sucrose, fructose and glucose in peach fruit increased significantly after humic acid was applied, and reached the maximum when humic acid was diluted 900 times. In summary, humic acid promoted the growth of peach seedlings, improved the biomass of peach seedlings, and also promoted the nutrient(nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium)uptake and enhanced the nutrient translocation and accumulation of peach seedlings.Humic acid can improve the appearance quality of peach fruit to some extent, increase the soluble solids content, reduce the titratable acid content, and promote the accumulation of sugar in peach fruit, among which, humic acid diluted 900 times has the best effect.
